# Androstenol, Androstenone et cetera!

Could anyone tell me the difference between Alpha Androstenol, Androstenone, AndrosteRONE and Beta Androstenol? I’ve read the blurb about each of them but its hard to know what vibe they give off! All the names are kinda similar as well - so now i’m completely confused! LOL

I’ve been reading a few of the journals and it seems some of ye gals are using them - any advice on your favourite? Which ones are most appropriate for female use?
