# Androstenone Dosage (in mcgs)

So I just bought the Androstenone spray with the standard 2.5 mcg per spray. I’ve used androstenone-based products before, but since they are mixed with other pheromones and/or scents, as well as what is often an unknown amount/ratio of -none, I am left pretty much in the dark regarding how much of this spray to use. _**(EDIT: JUST FOUND OUT A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF SOME -NONE HEAVY PRODUCTS, BUT I’M STILL IN THE DARK ABOUT JUST HOW MUCH TO APPLY)**_ I know the dangers (and delights) of -none well, but I don’t want to risk an OD, especially in these upcoming weeks. As a general question, how much (in mcgs) should one use?

In my _specific_ case, I’ll tend to use it with A314 (oil) and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2X. I’m aware that A314 contains androstenone, but if the precise amount has been made public I’m unaware of such knowledge. I might also mix in P74 and P83 in a situationally dependent manner (as pheromones always are for me). The IS, P74, P83, as well as the Androstenone spray I got all have the standard amount of Neroli scent added. Does anyone have any insight regarding a cautious dosage? Beyond that, a ‘standard’ dosage or ‘high’ dosage? Overall though, I’d like to try it starting with a pretty conservative approach. Quick, simple responses appreciated; I’d like to add it into the mix before I go out!

I hope I don’t have to worry about a single spray of 2.5 mcgs causing a problem. Arrrghh… even the idea of pure -none is slightly intimidating.

Find your sweet spot. Start off with 1 spray, go from there.  
No one here can tell you what is gonna be right for your body. We can give you some guidelines, but in the end, your body is gonna react to the presence of the none you are introducing to it in its own special way.
