It seems like i have to bite the bullet and go and cut down on my Androstenone applications by at least 50 %. I first noticed it last Thursday when i was out shopping for several hours and started to wonder why the girls i had interacted with were so damm helpfull and even extra clingy, then when i arrived back home i realized that i had forgotten to apply my 20 mcg + trademark Androstenone application. So i since cut back to around 5 or 7 mcg day and have been receiving blow out attention from just about every girl i have stopped and spoken with. Hmmm i recon [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) might be the go for me, as i have used up all of my 30mls of Alpha314 which i must say really worked a treat for me at the 2 drop application rate for general work/social applications. ---

God, 20mcg is crazy over the limit for me. You talk about A314 and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) are you sure you meant none and not rone? I have a different predicament with none. I’m afraid to stop using it as the base to my mixes around girls I like. If I know a girl is attracted to me and I’ve worn ammo around her all the time I’ve known her then I become afraid to stop wearing none and use more social mixes around her in case the attraction will wilt. I know this is unhealthy behaviour ☹. ---

Everybody is different. I can wear cray amounts of androstenone and women are very friendly and attentive. It really depends on your persona and body chemistry. I’m a mild mannered Asian professor and tend to be “invisible” without androstenone. If I wear too much–say a dozen dabs of NPA–women can get bitchy but oh so horny. I imagine a louder more extroverted athletic type White or Black guy can OD on a mere dab of androstenone. Heck, I’ve seen these types OD on their natural output in class discussions and project meetings… ---

I look more “cute” than anything and my personality is totally unaggresive, peacefull and chilled out. I think this allows me to wear more none than most people my age plues body chemistry (although I think I do have high testosterone - I can put muscle on really easily) but even still 20mcg is too much for me. I have read reports from users who’ve worn 20mcg doses of none and then some more so yeah I guess it all depends on the individual. ---

Yeah, environment is also key as well I think. Particularly the concept of social proof. If I were going to a place where I didn’t really know (or barely knew) anybody wearing 20mcg of -none I’d probably OD. OTOH if there are some people - particularly women - around to give me social proof, and demonstrate that I’m not actually the scary guy my -none signature might suggest, but instead put me on the fast track to portraying the unaggressive, peaceful and chilled out image that is really more me, then I can wear 20mcg of -none easily. In the former case it might be more difficult to convince people that I wasn’t whatever sort of threat they were perceiving. ---

Had my best hits/intimacy when i used 2 sprays of [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) ( to go ) with my signature 20 mcg Androstenone, with ( pre bonded girls ) It just hit me with the young chics i met and spoke to last Thursday being so friendly and also clingy, it was to pronounced for me not to notice, and then later i realise that i had forgotten the Androstenone. These reactions from young women have continued for the last week since i have deliberately cut my aNONE applications, to just a small dab and few sprays cologne nothing else. Very interesting results, I will just use some nol/rone/cologne only for a few days. ---

Terry, perhaps what you’re experiencing is partially due to the residual build up from wearing high doses of -none everyday. By not wearing any new -none, you were working off your natural phero sig + residual -none. I suspect if you do start wearing only nol/rone/cologne, you’ll probably get some very good hits. ---

Thanks for the advice Phya, You are probably spot on. I will let you know how the nol/rone/cologne only application pans out 🙂
