I have the experimone Androsterone in 2.5MCG a spray 6% [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/). I have been testing this one on and off for quite a while and have noticed that Erone has a very certain distinctive smell to it very close to Enone. Is this normal? It may be a stupid question, but I am looking for a little more insight on this. I can clearly detect A1 and Enone so far in a product, and now I am hoping I got Erone down to. ---

Ive noticed that eRone does smell a lot like eNone as well. Also, the distinct smell of A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and maybe IG (I’ve forgotten what it smells like it’s been a while since I’ve had it) smell nothing like the straight eRone I have. Is that a particular scent added to those specific products? I always assumed that’s what eRone smelled like until I got the experimone eRone.. ---

Scent response to pheros in general and to specific mones is highly variable between individuals - Its on a scale, some people don’t smell much at all, whilst others get the smell strongly, then again some people only get the smell of specific mones or byproducts. So this is another one you have to chalk-up to experience and over the years, I have got a handle on the scent of various mones at different stages of their lifespan but P106 remains the only one I can smell from very soon after application to the end of its (helluva cheesy) life! ---

Thanks Mobocaster and yes I agree, as to me this is exactly how it goes as when I first tried Erone I actually thought I grabbed the wrong bottle as it smells exactly like Enone. For me it takes about half an hour to an hour to tell the 2 apart as far as the smell goes. Very easy to mix the 2 up and I have to separate the bottles now as I have sprayed the wrong one on quite a few times. ---

On a side note.. Does AndrosteRone break down fast, like 4-6 hours? ---

It is one of the slower ones IME but at 4-6hrs, I would expect to penetrate a light cover, so someone more sensitive may well find it stronger. Oils go a bit longer and oil over lotion longer still. ---

My wife is not a fan of the rone smell while she doesn’t mind enone. I second the strong musky smell. I don’t smell any [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/).
