I’ve never felt a bigger urge to make a thread than this. I posted a problem in a thread and within minutes, I had John replying to my queries (even with all the other stuff he has on his plate) and when I check my email, what do I find? Free a314, summer ammo and TUTH. I have never and I mean never, experienced customer service like this in my life. I just wanted to say that from the products, to the people, the community and to even the little kind messages you send along with the products when I order them, this company absolutely nails it. Perfect isn’t a term I’d use very often but AD are about as close to it as you get. I just wanted to say that to everyone who works so hard at AD that you have a customer for life and that your work is very much appreciated. ---

I couldn’t agree more - I’ve just posted my thanks (2nd order I had a free 5.0mcg upgrade to TUTH). They’re just awesome 🙂 ---

Thank you, I wish we thought of it as marketing - it would be a brilliant marketing concept. In truth, its just how we operate. We run the business that we’d want to be clients of. 😃
