During our business we were plagued with problems; customs stole our package and stuff. Anyways, they sent every item a second time. There was another small problem, they gave me a free 25$ gift certificate, and even sent me another bottle of TUTH since the dosage was the wrong one. Androtics direct is highly recommended, first time I get to talk to a company owner, tech support, they did all the work, was GREAT 10/10!!!😃😃 Their products are godly!!!🆒:)😃 Their customer service is EXTREMELY GOOD. \*\*\*I had to chime in now with this. I wholeheartedly agree with you thomaslavoie. These folks are GOLD! True human beings acting like humans in our world today…imagine that 😮 I dunno what I’d have done a couple times and although no real need to speak directly with anyone, I have felt the spirit and soul of this Company and it’s caring owner/members. These folks are just what I look for in friends. You can trust their honor, their integrity and they will give their shirt off their back for you to be happy. (Not literally, of course 😉 ) That’s who I am , a true loyal friend and I look for those traits in others.These folks are ON SPOT!! I have personally NEVER done any business and NOT- NOT- NOT online with folks like the wonderful People at Androtics. This forum is full of people just like them as well. Great advice, a hand when you need it and always uplifting…not much in the negativity side of things goin on here. They are People foremost and haven’t forgotten how to be human while running a successful business. I commend and applaud them for being who they are and lovingly refer to this scientific group of folks as: Androtics: The Company With A Heart AND A Brain. My own personal feelings 😛😛 Having to run a business as it is…is tough…I know this from personal experience, but one that’s online is harder. These guys are tops in my book. I must say that every little issue I have had here has been 100% and perfectly solved, even when it’s not their fault they make everything work much more than properly without any kind of problem during this all time here. As I have said multiple times in this forum and commentaries when I make my orders, AD really has one of the best customer service that I have ever seen. 😃 ---

one of the best run, customer friendly businesses i have ever dealt with, anywhere. i bought my first bottle from androtics when there were less than 5 of us posting here on a daily basis and i’ll probably still be posting here when there are 50,000. androtics rules. ---

just received my first androtics package sent to me in thailand. i think androtics got the package out within an hour or two and it was out of the country in less than a day. unfortunately, it spent 3 days finding its way around thailand before it showed up but that is all thailand, not androtics. many thanks for the gift. you guys rock.
