# Androtics Ordering Experience:

Yesterday, though I wasn’t home at all yesterday, I recieved my shipment of new products. Though I ordered ground it still showed up the next day.

I have to say that Androtics has the easiest shipping of ANYTHING I’ve ever ordered from before.

I had to call in since my computer has been giving me the fits and low and behold, who did I talk to, but Steve. Very friendly, very helpful.

I had ordered AMMO world edition. I tested it to try the scent. I can’t say I’m a huge fan since it sorta smells like rose pedals to me…sorta…and reminds me of an Aunt of mine who bathed in some rose pedal scent. It IS tolerable to me so I’m not opposed to wearing it. I do like the original scent better but I have no issue using this.

I had also ordered [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) since there were like four left at the time and I knew I couldn’t use my puter and they’d be gone in a milisecond.

Got a free gift of a TOGO which was excellent as well. I’ll have to test it out.

So in a nutshell, I have been nothing but happy with Androtics and I’ve ordered a few times now. Always a personal note on the order form and a free gift. It is this sort of customer service that will keep people here.

I had heard someone say it seemed like a sinking ship in one of the threads. I really can’t believe that at this point from my experience. Knowing business how I do, if you treat customers incredible like this, you’ll continue to have a business. Just so long as Steve doesn’t work himself into delirium.

They seriously have some of the best support staff out there. Regardless of the business, I’ve always enjoyed Amy and Jacob’s notes on my order forms, plus the choc is nice lol.

Yes they do I agree. Thank god Androtics isnt a huge corporation or we wouldnt see this. I never got my chocolate in my order ☹ lol 😛
