Not sure if that’s better. Pandakun had a point with his post, the 5 ml gives the user a chance to really try the product.
Then again, I usually get to go’s I already have a good grip on, like IO and IH. Got an Ammo once too, although I’ve used up a full 30 ml so I know what it is. Still, the to go was very useful.
One time MX297 was handed to me. I never got many hits from it but I had plenty of opportunities to find that out. How many chances would one get from 1-2 ml?
Don’t get me wrong, the freebies certainly are appreciated and all have been good. But if it’s possible and not too big of a project to keep track of what people have ordered in the past, it could be good to send something they haven’t yet bought and thus probably not tried.
I don’t know how huge the customer base is though. It ought to be about 8 billions, which would make keeping track of everyone an impossible task.
Either way, I’d prefer one 5 ml rather than a bunch of smaller samples.
