A314 is definitely a great selection and TUTH has some great uses. If you’re in shape you might already produce enough -none. However it’s always good to test out your limits and sweet spots with each pheromone. What I can tell you is that you should always get a “Social” pheromone like Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), or Instant Honesty. These can help buffer the effects A314 gives off. I’ve personally worn this with and without socials so either way is fine. It just helps augmenting your signature.
