Another Hello… “Hello” Hello! I am 20 years old and am currently going into my last year of university. I work as a sales assistant at a well known shop which employs an abundance of good looking females. I found the forum by accident whilst searching for a particular fragrance (Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford). I am very much into my fragrances and have a vast collection of them. The idea of subliminal messages via smell interests me as a (soon to be) scientist and also as a male interested in attracting a female. About myself: I am a well built and muscular person and I have very short hair and have been told I’m good looking. I am quite shy at first but completely the opposite afterwards, this is really frustrating for me! I have trouble making conversation at times with girls, I don’t know why. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good with women and have had lots of relationships, I just find the initial stages difficult and anything to give me an advantage here would be good. Due to the way I look (e.g muscular with short hair), sometimes I feel that maybe I am not very approachable. Maybe [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) could help with this? Maybe they could also help to give me a bit more confidence in myself? A few questions: What product/s would you recommend for me? How does a “NOOB” decipher which strength formula to buy? How long does it take to notice effects and master the art of application? What would you recommend for work (sales assistant)? Where would/did you go from here? ---

boosh welcome to the forums ! 🙂 Glad you stumbled upon this wonderful community and i know you will indeed find it very rewarding. Always good to have a scientific mind at work here and it should def help in your testing and reporting which would be awesome if you share your experiences on here in the mens section and/or a journal. If you are shy and deal with approach anxiety id suggest you look at IO or CTTM2. IO will relax you and those around you , and will make conversations seem to flow nice and easy without that awkward silence. CTTM2 will help others around you as some users report it being able to have people approach them and make the contact initially which is usually not the norm for them. I also recommend instant shine for you if you want to be more happy, confident and smiley. This should make you seem more approachable if you are in high spirits and smiley. And as far as an attractant for the ladies that product is going to be ammo, all of which i suggest you get in regular strength at your age and first starting out. its more versatile this way as you find your sweet spot in sprays with them. You can cover the instant line fragrances after they dry down about 10-15 minutes in and then your favorite cologne will preside over their scent and you will no longer smell the light neroli smell it comes with. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is more tricky cuz it is scented at cologne strength, therefore you would need a cologne that was very similar or it may clash and be scent overload ! A314 could be good in your situation and age if you want respect, confidence and the alpha aura. It is more of a slow burn mone and is in oil based and the hits are generally less subtle but build over time. A lot of the effects , self effects are instantaneous after application if you get self effects like most individuals do. Welcome to Pherotalk boosh!, I second Katalyst’s suggestions Being that you are good with everything else and just want to spark the initial meeting I would suggest all socials Like Instant Shine ( makes the wearer and those around him/her feel good/happy), Come Talk to me mix 2 (really helps to open people up to you- when I wear it I see, smiles, staring(in a good way), people opening up their body language to me, and I have even had a few people come up and APPROACH ME out of the blue with this one. I really like this one and it is one that helped me gain confidence to start approaching people myself) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (similar to Come Talk TO me mix 2) 1. I’d say go with regular strength for now and then when you really know and understand the products then you can move up in strengths. 2. Yes you can still use your favorite fragrances, some people call it using a cover scent 3. Yes I would definitely recommend A314. It has an alpha/status signal and it also has a value to it that says, “I just might be boyfriend material.” Because of all the aspects A314 has, it is a very well rounded product. Many people also use A314 in the workplace to further their careers. It is such a good product that it has its own section of the forum. 4. I’d say you should start testing each product by itself. Thanks for the quick responses guys. I have shortlisted IO and CTTM2 as my first purchases. How quick to products usually come back into stock? Also, I know that pheromones aren’t going to be some kind of “magic potion”, but some of the things I’ve read on the forum before joining are frankly unbelievable. How big a change in ones persona and the feelings of those around them can these products really make? Is it subtle changes or real obvious changes, and are these changes due to increased perceptions (of the wearer) or real REAL changes? Sorry to sound like a pessimist, it just seems too good to be true! ---

I am not sure how long it will be till the products come back in stock, but it will not be too long. Some changes are real (comes from wearing the same signature over time) and some are perceived. The real changes come from wearing the same pheromone over time and acting in congruence with that pheromone. Congruence is playing the part of the pheromone signature you’re wearing. So, if you’re wearing instant openness and you’re sitting in the corner being anti social -That WOULD NOT be congruent. However, if you got up and started approaching people and being friendly while wearing instant openness that would be congruent. You continually acting friendly over time slowly becomes a part of the natural you. So there may be days when you aren’t wearing pheromones where you find yourself being friendlier than you used to be. These products can make a big change. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Boosh! I am not sure if caribbean guys are different but it’s so hard to find a shy guy in my island. I mean you will be walking down the road and they all want to hit on you and be psssssssssst at you. I come work here and become part of this forum and I get thread after thread about men who are shy and it’s amazing.
