Yeah of course. Well let’s see..I’m not really super outgoing. I tend to have a bit of a hard time meeting new people, although the people I do make friends with become very close friends. As far as women are concerned, after my last bout with dating I have been single for a looong time. As with most people, I have a hard time approaching girls even though I am by no means a bad looking guy and I do have a good personality, once I get out of my “shell”. So basically I think that I will be mainly using pheromones to help me meet and make friends and with general dating. Looking forward to the replies and thanks guys! ---

Thanks for the added info. For general dating, Ammo works very well. It is an attractant and can be used in pretty much any social situation. To help with coming out of your shell, I suggest Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). These are two great social mones. Shine is a mood lifter, making you and people around you happier. It also helps with confidence. IO gets you and people around you talking more. Hope to see you on the board! ---

[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is said to be the Icebreaker pheromone here although I haven’t tried it personally. It’s worth noting though that you will still have to make the approach etc, this should just make that whole process a bit easier. For general attraction etc Ammo is the one to give you that little bit of an edge without going over the top. This can be worn in most situations. Another personal faviroute of mine is Instant Shine which adds a fun vibe to all of your interactions. Some people say this helps their confidence etc as well.
