Hi there, I’m 23 yrs. old, Male, and asian. I’m just new in pheros and just received my first ever phero bottle - IShine. (Currently waiting for AMMO to be available). I’m a moody person and having trouble expressing myself to people. I think the appropriate word is “Reserved”. I have a high insecurity and pride, which greatly affects my attitude towards people. I find it also hard communicating/expressing myself to people I’m not comfortable with, and most of the time I feel inferior. But you know, this is not good specially in a working environment, since you need to have a good relationship w/ your boss. On the other hand, I’m a tall guy and I notice some people, especially guys, are intimidated at me. When in fact, I was also intimidated to people most of the time. Another thing is the girls. I think physically, I can be attractive enough. But I am extremely low in SELF ESTEEM and I find most beautiful women out of my league, even though there’s plenty of men out there whom I know I look better but are able to hook beautiful women out. In short, my goal here is: 1. Sociability 2. Women (creating a good conversation, and of course, getting laid) I understand that pheros are not magic and I will still need to work a lot on myself. Your advices will be highly appreciated. Right now, my candidates are Instant shine and AMMO. But it would of great help to hear your opinions. Welcome Vonrail! I love Instant Shine. It will be great for your “reservedness” as it makes everyone around you in a good mood. They’ll seek you out because Hey, everyone likes someone who puts them in a good mood. If you feel inferior at work, I’d try A314, or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). A314 will make the higher ups think of you as a Valuable player in the organization. Instant Gentleman will make you seem older, which could translate into more capable. As far as women, when Ammo comes in that’s a good one. A314 can help also, and you can wear it at Work & out at night. Have fun with your toys, and please post your findings! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I think LOTW has given you some good advice on products. There is a thread in my signature block about A314 and IG. Give it a read and think it over some. For work a314 and IH is my favorite combo. A314 gives you the respect. IH helps people feel connected to you and keeps open the channels of verbal communication you might otherwise lose due the “respect distance” you sometimes get with A314. At the same time IG, IH and Ishine was my favorite combo this summer. Very easy going but with a good sense of connection and lots of good conversation. Either way you cannot go wrong. Starting out … go with Instant Shine (put yourself in a good upbeat mood) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) … will make you and others want to socialize. Buy both in (2x) concentration if you can afford it. Welcome and good luck. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Von! You already received some great advice and recommendations. I think you want to go with Instant gentleman more because it makes you more approachable and I think you want to soften your approach. You should remember that [pheromones](https://a314.com/) is not magic and a great deal of using these products is being aware of yourself and your surroundings.
