I’m an insomniac and sleeping pills don’t work, or barely do so. I struggle a lot with sleeping patterns, and I was wondering if you’ve noticed any mones helping you fall asleep or just relax, cuz that could be helpful even if only a little bit. thanks!

Hi lizziecopper

I have heard that molecule k is good for a mellow mood and relaxation but I’m not sure if it will improve quantity of sleep.

I hope you get some more suggestions.

A fellow insomniac here. I’ll have to second mackie’s recommendation of TAK. TAC, high-dose beta -nol, P102, and Alpha THDOC are others to consider. A1 may work for you as well, as would melatonin (has pheromonal properties, interestingly enough).

Alpha THDOC works best for me, but you’ll have to head over to Alpha Dream for that one. The rest are available here at Androtics.

A1 primarily and TAC really, really give my girlfriends a good night sleep.

TUTH plus [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/), TAC and A1 are my bedroom mones occasionally with some IH (b-nol) thrown in. Leave out the A1 and TAC for rough wild sex once in awhile, leave out the A1 for semi-wild, semi-rough sex. Either way A1 plus TAC leads to some slow long lasting sex (90 minutes to 4 hours between breaks) followed by deep lights out for her. (I think the TAC mellows me out too much for rough wild sex, but I think TAC is always good for a woman in the bedroom).

The big thing about A1 + TAC is that the intensity of the sleep can be insane on their end. We’ll nap for 15 to 20 minutes sometimes at a love hotel post coitus and they’ll say they feel like they’ve been deeply sleeping and peacefully for hours.

I use Lovescent’s A1 at present (usually in a 20 to 80 mcg range) with 30mcg or 60 mcg of TAC.

P102 makes me tired IF I put it on and get into bed, if you search it here on the forum there is a small % of people that get this effect.

Yes, this isn’t necessarily a common effect of epiallopregnanolone, but present in some nonetheless. Ryan, do you have any possible explanation for this effect in some? ADD/ADHD, perhaps?

No clue, it could be a single genetic expression or several. Who knows, effects of medicines are the same way (varying wildly in the way the effect some people) often with no known reason, likely some combination of gene expressions.

melatonin and chamomile tea for me. wine usually puts me to sleep but eww, my skin looks disgusting the morning after. the alcohol probably dries me up.

oh and i struggle, omfgg do i struggle, with jet lag, time zone changes, and everything. what knocks me out every time, no matter where i am, is a simple blackout eye mask and ear plugs. shit seriously always does the trick. and if i really need to sleep, a warm bath with lavender and sea salt just before.

i’ve read that your body can sense even a little bit of light coming from under the crack in the door. i don’t know if i believe that, but regardless, many of the places i lay my head for the night have blackout drapes. that keeps me down. oh, and my sheets at home are black satin… but i think that just makes me want to curl up in bed and feel sexy, lol…

[pheromones](https://a314.com/), ANY of them, pump me up.

hope this helps !!
