I would think after a good scrub with soap and wash cloth , Then after your shower swab your neck or other application point with isopropyl Alcohol will negate previous Pheromone residue . PS Providing your other application point is not your Crotch. LOL ---

I guess it’s different for everone… 2 MUCH none is fine .. for my head .. I can easily take it … Infact I don’t mind it at all … But it causes more aggression/attention around people so you have to limit that .. Infact NOL is when gets excessive becomes a headache for me … Even TAA .. in excess causes headache … (Is TAA … part of the same ancestory of NOL’z) Mebbe its different from people to people … ---

I have gotten mild headaches from overdosing. I am not sure what exactly caused it…I seem to recall believing that it was mixing Alpha-nol and beta-nol in an OD. But I recall the mix also had IFM and IShine in it as well… although now that I think about it, that mix was very heavy on the anol/bnol. Other people have reported headaches from too much anol/bnol, too. I think I recall reading about the extreme stickiness of some pheromones, most notably androstenone, and how it resists removal even with soap and water to a degree. ---

I’ve been getting some pretty rotten headaches for the latter part of this week, and they persist most of the day. As a matter of fact, I have one right now! I’m not sure if its attributable to mones, but I have been using quite heavily lately. I’ve been using 3-4 sprays of 102. This is probably too much, but I haven’t noticed any negative effects at this level. Regardles, I should probably tone it down. ---

3-4 sprays of MX102 can be too much.. just use it in different environments. I wore 2-3 sprays when I was working out and it was working wonders on this one girl in front of me in a group fitness session. She was distant at first, but then I opened up and kept teasing her (purposefully invading her space and giving her funny looks and making jokes) and she eventually started laughing. Funny thing I noticed is that she must’ve zoned out (in on me) because she was mirroring what I was doing, followed me around the gym and when I changed what I was doing quickly she lost balance and looked dazed. I was doing a combination of running and calisthenics. I cannot attribute pheremones to headaches as I never really get any, and I do not have any allergies either. What I have found out though is that if I apply too much of one kind of pheremone and I’m in an enclosed space, that the scent is nauseating , especially if I haven’t had anything to eat. Something you can do to help clear out the pheremones is take a hot shower for several minutes and clean up.. then switch to cold for a couple minutes and then back to hot. Alternate this a few times, and it works especially well if you do this after doing a heavy cardiovascular work out and are sweating. Works just like a sauna except you do not need one.. a side benefit I’ve heard but do not completely know the details is that it is healthy for you, because it has something to do with shocking your system.. any comments on that? ---

I wouldn’t advise anyone to do this because this is how you can make yourself sick. Catching cold or sometimes fever. Messing with your body’s thermostat rapidly is never a good idea. ---

the first few times I used IS I got a mild headache. I got used to it by the fourth time. (1X \* 4) ---

I do, maybe with the scent, all neroli scent product does make me headache if I place on my neck or jaw, so I apply it on my wrist while ff21 won’t…btw I just get my mones this morning 😃 ---

I noticed getting headaches from using certain mones like none or ones with mixtures. Mostly I get the high buzz tired feeling when using A1. Any others I got headache from are now gone or I’ve just gotten used too. ---

P102 gives me a headache every time I apply it. It makes me more focused… almost like an absent minded focus though. Just staring at something, totally oblivious to the outside world. I am very prone to headaches though, so this may not happen to everyone. ---

When I first got A314 oil, it gave me headaches, annoyed me like hell and made me angry like I wanted to punch myself. Not sure it it was the fragrance or the alpha male hormones reminding me of my dad. I had to educate myself to tolerate it . It took me a couple of weeks. I had a slight headache, more like discomfort when I tried Ammo Summer 2012. But it went away when the smell dissipated.
