# Anyone OD off Pheroproof?

well i dont really know how many doses to experiment with?  
I am always accustomed to using 3-4 sprays..  
What does androstenol and androstenone do?

Also, the question bout NPC, can i jus add some drops of androstenone into my cologne?

At [pheromoneproof.com](http://pheromoneproof.com) on the lower right hand side there is a dosage chart and an explanation of what -Androstenol and -none do. If you put your curser over the blue hyperlinks of your post for those words, you’ll get an explanation as well.

You can spray yourself with them and put cologne to cover. If you are using them by themselves and not with [pheromone](https://a314.com/) proof, you can use as many sprays as you like.
