I was thinking of just putting a deop of A1 directly on my wrists, instead of waiting for my mixing supplies and diluting it. I figure it’s half strength A1 so itll be like 20 mcgs? Not sure how it would diffuse, but has anyone tried this? ---

20? Isn’t half strength more like 40-50? ---

from my journal 3 sprays 297 1 spray of [ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 4 sprays of [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) 2 sprays of regular IS. 2 drops of [a1](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) - one on each wrist. [A1](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) seemed to mellow this out or maybe it was the extra [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) that did it. I’m sitting at my desk at work and I’m a little spacy. I don’t feel the usual bounce that I have or that arrogance I’ve been used to. I don’t feel very talkative and I feel helpless. I keep telling myself it must be the [A1](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) and get over it. I go talk to my boss and it seems like it’s hitting him as well. He struggles to find words and seems more lost in thought. I don’t know if it’s worth subjecting myself to this. My confidence feels very shaky. I get outside and my head clears up a bit. Maybe with the close confines of the office I was taking way too much in. I know 80 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram) is a lot - way more than I should have used. ---

And you put it on directly from the LS dropper? ---

regular strength i believe and drops from the dropper. Its the 1 mg per ml in a 10 ml bottle. ---

I was using it because i knew my ex was pmsing. more than likely it was overkill with that amount. ---

Girls love to get real cuddly and tell me they feel very comfortable around me. My best hits with this are 1) a fuck buddy who is usually just sex and out the door, spent a good hour spooning with me after I wore the a1 and 2) a really cold standoffish girl who became much more relaxed and comfortable after about 5-10 minutes sitting near me. ---

20 mcg should probably be good enough. I recently tried a a1 mix that I made that gave me about 16 mcg per spray. 1 spray was good 2 sprays crashed and burned me to all hell. ---

I’ve been forced to use it straight many times during PMS emergencies. Realize diluted with cologne it actually works better due to increased surface area application and diffusion. ---

Hmm, cool…yeah okay well I diluted it in some IO togo… but just not sure how much like 10 drops…guess I’ll just try it and see. ---

if each drop is 25mcg, and 32 sprays in that to go then 7.8 mcg/spray if 40 then 6.25mcg/spray and if it’s 50 like what gegogi said, then 15.6 and 12.5 respectively ---

Where do you get A1 though? It seems to have disappeared from the shop about one or two weeks ago and the link leads back here to the Forum. Does anyone know if it’s gone for good? ---

I was smearing 1 drop of A1 to the back of my neck after applying A314 and while it worked, and amazingly well, I’ve noticed now with my cologne mix it’s diffusing so much better…I was talking to this one girl the other day and I just came in from outside where it was warm…and even tho’ she had a cold it hit her like a ton of bricks and she was feelin’ groovy. ---

Thanks for the Links, and yes I am still interested. Sadly, money is getting short at this time of the year, so I might do some experimenting towards christmas. Still.. I’m an information-junkie, so more input is always nice. I’ve read the A1 guide a while ago… I had hoped that AD might bring it back though. ---
