Sorry if there is an existing thread for this type of question..if so feel free to show me the link. What is the best place to apply the following (wrists…chest…behind ears…) and also “when” for quickest results. IO/IH - Anywhere skin is exposed, have also used it in the back of my head at times. If anyone tells you you’ll get less self effects, the farther from the body, I haven’t noticed a difference. I’ve used it on neck/back of neck(head)/crook of elbows/wrists/forearms and didn’t notice and differences either. The only thing is in the summer when it’s hot, I’ve found away from places you sweat from prolongs the application spots, so I prefer the arms more for those applications. ---

So 1 spray to the neck for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IO, or IH would be just fine? I will be using 1 spray since I just got them and need to determine what works. Also in the thread about finding your sweet spot…it says don’t use multiple..so if I wanted to use Instant Shine during the day…and possibly TUTH in the evening. Any issues with that? ---

Depends what I will be doing at the time. If I foresee myself going to the bathroom and washing my hands then I will mostly apply on my arms or neck. Mostly though I find myself spraying everything to the neck since it is convenient for me. As for time phrases, I try to apply within 10 or 15 minutes of an event. ---
