So today I did one spray of AMMO to the neck then split it between my wrist. This was around 9am today and it is going on 12 now. I don’t really smell it anymore. Should I wait to reapply or am I good for today? ---

if you are new to mones then first take a sweet spot testing done for few days, mostly 3 sprays are enough for good 6-7 hours, unless temperature is not much high in the environment, under 20 degree C means winters, it will last 6 hours, above 30 in summers, it will not last more than 3 hours , if so try adding DGP to ur application. hope it wil help ---

I’m just curious after you applied it did you test it out? Who did you interact with? These days I dont’ wear mones unless I know I’ll be interacting with people (Parties, dinners, etc) … my daily brew of mones is more like a 3-4 times brew a week now and I save it only for when I know it going to be put to use. I tend to OD otherwise.. I also want to make sure my neurotransmitters are fully in gear so I don’t burn out. I find it I wear mones everyday I burn out and they lose effect etc. Some people can get away with mones multiple times a day.. One guy on here has claimed to wear 2-3 brews a day all different forumlas and never OD. I think that is the exception not the rule though. For most of us wear mones several times a week and only when you know you’ll be interacting with someone special, a group of people you want to impress, or maybe even when you need some time alone for mental focus etc and need a Putative to help you out. At 20 years of age you should start slow with the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Start with 1 spray test it out.. See how it does. There’s a great thread on this site on sweet spot testing.. you should look into that thread … do a search. I’ve always found AMMo to work best with IS for me, especially now that I take testosterone and HGH supplementation. Towards the end of each weekly cycle I find even 1 spray of ammo is sometimes too much as my hormone levels are peaking, and I’m better off with socials. During my off cycle (2 days a week) I find I can tolerate even 2 sprays of ammo without problems. Experience is the best teacher… Good luck. ---

I didn’t do much testing just running around. But thank you for mentioning that I might try it out tonight. Ill be placing a order later this week, I never intended to use AMMO alone but it is my first mone ever so I wanted to try it alone and see what results I get. ---
