Hi! I’m new to the mones community and recently got my first package that included AMMO F22, togo-TUTH, togo-IS, and a complementary togo-IO. Actually I just had time to try the AMMO for 2 sprays, both of them on my wrists. didn’t noticed anything different but it was my first and only time experiencing with it. my question is, when I apply the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on my body (neck, wrists, chest, behind the ears) should I just spray and wait for it to soak or should I rub it immediately after spraying? Usually for colognes it’s recommended to leave it after spraying without rubbing, so I thought I should ask about this. Thanks a lot and I hope I will have interesting results to tell here!! 🙂 ---

Rubbing really won’t affect anything. Once the alcohol dries up you’re fine I usually rub it on my wrists and my neck, I leave the chest and crook of elbows alone. The scent and alcohol do a few things, the scent helps diffuse the pheromones (also other technical aspects explained by MHarris) and the alcohol helps preserve the molecules. ---
