> Hi, I’m fairly new around these parts. A few days ago I decided to buy a few sampler products, including AMMO, TUTH, and IS. I have heard generally positive things about these products but was wondering what kinds of experiences the rest of you have had using them in general, and perhaps even the best ways to mix the three of them. The other question I have been pondering is will mixing my current regular cologne take away from the effects of the other three? I am quite happy with the scent of my current generic cologne and usually get quite a few compliments on it as it stands. However, I haven’t smelled any of the samplers I have ordered yet. In effect I guess I’m asking if wearing my regular cologne along side the others is a good idea?

Most good quality colognes are fine and most AD products come in a light scent that is easy to cover.

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is the main exception - it comes in cologne scents/strength that will be difficult to cover/complement.

Most good quality colognes won’t harm your pheros significantly but some of the cheaper ones do contain antibacterials that will wreck pheros as well - Triclosan being the most common do your best to avoid these altogether. Also some essential oils - notably Lavender, Tea Tree, Witch Hazel and Cedarwood are all very detrimental to pheros. Which can make them useful for cleaning-up (so long as you rinse well) but you need to be very careful in general wear. Apply them near your pheros, not over.

More strategies for mixing/layering/combining/covering are covered in the various Intro stickies - you should read them carefully.
