I am in my early 30’s, Asian/ Indian girl . I work in the financial services sector. I need to try this stuff for professional upgrade in terms of confidence as well for general acceptability. I need to build a good rapport with my boss who would help me to climb the ladder in the organization I work for. By nature I am outgoing, friendly, extremely talkative though I can be short tempered and emotional at times. So here I am. please suggest me some stuff which would help… ---

Hey Dameamore! Welcome to pherotalk! If you’re looking for pheromones for work i would stay away of the attraction ( Instant Sexines) and go towards socials and maybe A314. There have been reports of women using A314 with success. A314 gives you a powerful, autoritative vibe. It can even be intimidating at times. I agree completely with the confidence and respect boost A314 gives me, but I obviously don’t have a lot of experience with that from the women’s side of things. I do remember reading a few reports that a girl tried it and did have positive respect hits though. If it is a bit TOO strong you could always put in a social to dampen the strong authoritativeness of A314 with some IO or IS too. IO makes people a bit more comfortable around you and sometimes more chatty. IS gives off a fun youthful playful vibe that people just love to be around. I would maybe try just a small and much cheaper spray version of A314 to see if you like the effects before you buy the expensive oil based mix. @ Slash, My boss is also a woman and we get along allright. @ all of you who gave suggestions.. right now I am looking at Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Although MX300 would be nice, it seems out of stock. A314 seems to be a very masculine product I am not sure whether I should be using it… ---

Hi again, Instant Honest and Instant Shine should give you great results on the social side of things. You should see people enjoying more your presence and being more talkative. Plus you seem to have the personality to go along with these pheromones! Welcome to Pherotalk Demi! The socials are a great and safe start since you are new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). As for women using A314 it is something that some find success and for others it resulted in some serious issues at work. Although it could work for you esp the new A314 sprays the results we get from using the A314 is not stable for me to recommend it.
