**Now below are some potential ‘erotic’ reaction posts on the combination of TAF** and Methoxyestratetraenone colloquially known as **Meo-Est** or **MOET**. Apparently these two were a great combo for cleaning the house, sorting, doing chores but there have been a few ‘sexier’ reactions reported as well. Obviously the power of suggestion could be involved in some user reports below but then again it is not the first time **TAF** has been largely involved in a mix giving somewhat ‘erotic’ reactions…\*\* **Below the first set of posts which focuses on the Meo-Est/TAF combo, there are some further reports on Meo-Est on its own later in 2006 from IceHawk, Scottie2Hottie and live4themusic. IceHawk seemed to get vivid dreams with it while live4themusic got a super weird vivid dream from this molecule. Scottie2Hottie thought that Meo-Est didn’t really seem to do much on it’s own, but it may be beneficial as a “booster” for use in mixes. There is a really detailed post from live4themusic saying among other things that it might have helped attract a 16 year-old girl (making her act strange) and also that he felt fatigued with Meo-Est on in a similar way to consuming weed, car exhaust, or methadone.** **The final set of posts is from 2007. Tater says that Meo-Est is like an enhancer, adding crudeness similar to MSG on food – so it can lead to worse reactions for instance. Interestingly, two vets with great insight (PheroQuirk and Tacitus) both lend their support to Meo-Est in their posts over 1.5 years after they first started using it. I conducted very few tests using MEO-EST on its own, without other pheromone products, and so I can’t give any concrete idea of the effects it might have on other people\*\*. I do know that after a while of using it, I felt it added something positive to my interactions with some women (but have no idea _what_), which was why I kept adding it to my mixes. \*\*Also, I liked the light Neroli scent it came with. The one ‘hit’ I may be able to attribute to the meo-est was with this one girl (who is 1/4 Native American) in one of my classes, who is only 16, yet somehow in college and a sorority already. I obviously have no interest in her (read: her age, above), and she is also allegedly engaged, but one day on which I applied 3 to 5 sprays of meo-est throughout the day (which is more than I usually add), me and 2 other guys from the class were working on completing some of the questions from the study packet for the upcoming exam after class, and she was in the computer lab. She came over to us and started helping us with the questions, using the pretense that she wanted to make sure her answers were right. After we finished working on it, I started working on something else, the other 2 guys in the class left, and then she did too. Then, about 5 minutes later, she came back into the computer lab to get my phone number so she could ‘check answers’ later (I gave her the phone number, but my attitude underlying all communication with her made clear that I am not interested in anything outside an academic relationship, and that’s all it has been). We corresponded through phone and numerous text messages during the 2 days up to the exam (she is apparently one of those people who sends hundreds of text messages a day), and the day of the exam I met her in the lobby of the building class meets in, where pretty much everyone from the class was. I wore between 4 and 8 sprays of meo-est throughout the day (don’t remember when I applied it, or exactly how much, only that it was slightly more than the previous encounter with her, which was more than my usual use). **When I got there, she made herself pretty much my personal tutor, correcting the answers that were wrong on my study packet, quizzing me, etc. The whole time she was acting ridiculously giddy, looking at me when she thought I wasn’t looking at her, touching me constantly for any reason, laughing at the dumb things I would say, and just acting like she was high on something in general (she wasn’t). At one point I said something funny which also validated her in some way (I don’t remember exactly what), and she started laughing then put her head on my shoulder for a split second, then pulled away, as if she was either confused or discombobulated (I believe the distinction is whether or not she was _consciously_ aware of her bizarre behavior – I don’t believe she was).** **Since then, I toned down my use of meo-est when going to that class, and her behavior has normalized.** I should add the following: In this period of time I was regularly using 2 drops mutantA314, in addition to 1-2 sprays of The Edge, so both days I most likely had these applications on as well. In addition, she hurt her leg sometime between the first and second account of interaction with her, and came into class the day of the exam using a crutch. It’s _possible_ she had taken some kind of opiate, but I don’t believe it to be the case because I’m pretty sure I would have asked her and remembered if she had been, and because she was there to take her exam. Now, onto the effects of meo-est on myself: I conducted two serious tests of the effects of meo-est on myself, and can say that unless there is a narrow window of optimal effects that I keep under/over-shooting, it has absolutely none of the effects on me that other users have been reporting (making me want to clean things, a ‘nesting’ instinct). The day I received it, I put a bunch on the skin right above my lip and under my nose. The way I did this was to unscrew the sprayhead, dip the bottom of the dangling sprayhead straw/tube/pipe-thing into the liquid, then dab the little droplet the collects on the bottom of the straw to the area right under my nose… \*\*The effects were pretty strong, and made me feel _fatigued_, but in a strange way that I’m not sure would help me get to sleep. I don’t know how to describe it, but it did not lend itself at _all to productivity. The effects were similar, but not completely like, the following I’ve consumed at one point : weed, car exhaust (I drove around for a long time in a very old second-hand car that leaked exhaust), methadone (I’ve only tried this once). I did not feel creative or inspired as some report with weed._ So I felt really stupid, and decided that I must have actually experienced some kind of sick buzz from breathing the fumes off the _alcohol_ in the product, and designed a slightly different test. I dabbed a _lot_ probably 50 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram)+ onto one thumb, waiting for my thumb to dry down every time it got saturated with alcohol. After a while, I began breathing just the neroli fumes directly from my thumb (which smelled _really_ strongly of neroli at this point). Same effects as the previous test. \*\*I lay on a futon for a while, thinking about how much I felt like not doing anything, and I didn’t get anything done that night. Eventually, I fell asleep, and slept for 9 hours (which is a lot of sleep for me). 8 hours into my little siesta, I was supposed to wake up, but instead had what I believe was the most vivid and strange dream of my entire life, which I _completely thought was reality at the time, and continued to for about half an hour after waking up: I thought my mom had discovered my pheromone use, as well as something I had jotted down into a notebook a few months earlier, which I’d rather not get into. But the dream was pervaded with an INTENSE feeling of uneasiness, and the entry I jotted down actually was clearly visible_ with what I am pretty sure is word for word what I had written down months earlier.
