# Assistance: Feeling Sexy & Upbeat

🙂 Hello friends,  
I’ve been an AD customer for a few years. I always buy the IS/B and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I’ve also got some Turn Up The Heat but I don’t use it very often.

I want to know what else is on the AD site for me that are options. I’m scared to throw money at some things I don’t really know about. So, some assistance and advice would be appreciated. 🙂

I definitely can tell IS/B and Shine work. I get a lot of friendly smiles, people talk to me, and I get a lot of male attention in a fun and flirty way.

My problem is at home. My boyfriend is very sweet on me and wants to be intimate but to be honest, I feel very self-conscious and unconfident so I don’t really ever get “in the mood”. I also sometimes get anxiety about it and feel very depressed like there’s something wrong with me because of it. Are there any mones to help with boosting my own confidence and making me feel like I am sexy? Everyone kind of knows me as the cute, sweet, adorable type… I want to feel like a sexy woman sometimes… but I feel so shy about being “sexy”.

Any advice would be appreciated. Looking to order some more stuff today. 🙂

Also, I was looking at the [P130](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p130/) but I don’t even know what nanograms I would need? I don’t know anything about this. ☹

I always feel like the sexiest woman alive (😃 ) when I wear I.Sexiness A and P78. Solo each.  
I never had the idea of combining them before, but I imagine it might give the results you are looking for.
