yes, I’m getting deeper and deeper into this hobby by the day. I walked into Sephora today and picked up a couple of atomizers to mix my NPA with my cover scents. Eternity, and I’m looking into something other than my Diesel, haven’t decided yet. I’ve never been in a Sephora store, and the guy section has me hooked. I came home with more goodies than just those atomizers. I got an anti-aging skin treatment kit…LOL. Gonna go back to test some shaving starter kits too. yeah, I value my youthful looks..LOL I’m excited about testing NPA out, just waiting for a few more supplies that will arrive with my next AD order. ---

Eternity is the scent I wear day to day at work. However, IME it is not the best scent to cover pheros with. Mainly because it is clean, pleasant, innofensive and fades to a very subtle level quite quickly. And my mother and her pals like it - They are not the women I go out with. My personal favourites, in order of wearing and success are: Azarro Chrome - This one goes superbly with [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) and has had my shirt ripped off without pheros. Armani Code - Again, this has had women tell me it “does things” to them, even without pheros Chanel Antaeus - Don’t wear this often (or much of it - strong!) but it always gets a favourable reaction. First time I wore it with NPA, we didn’t get out the door for a while - Detoured via the bedroom. 🙂 ---

I did a test run on some colognes last year where I sprayed cologne A on left wrist, B on right and asked women of all ages at work, clubs etc which they liked. Now in my blind testing, I focused primarily on women in my target age range, Early 20’s - Early 30’s and hands down with my body chem, it was Eternity, which is why I chose it. Not to mention I have a bottle of it. However, I don’t know how that will do as a cover scent, like mobocaster points out it is a clean inoffensive cologne. I looked at Polo Black, Acqua Di Gio and a few others at Sephora yesterday. There’s an Yves Saint Laurent one that’s their #1 seller that I liked as well…so I’m prolly gonna go with one of those as the other and just see how it goes. If the Eternity doesn’t work out. I switch it up. I will look into Armani Code, I think I tested that one too and liked it as well. Thx guys for the responses. ---

Thanks Gent. 🙂 If Eternity works well with you, you should check out Chrome - It actually has many similar qualities, clean but with a woody undertone that is what IMO makes it work so well with [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/). It also persists well on the skin and costs significantly less than Eternity. Code is quite different and the reason I don’t wear it so much is its current popularity in the UK. Along with Cool Water, Armani does seem to have become the adult/upmarket Lynx recently. And even with pheros, I don’t want to smell like half the other guys in the place already. However, in other situations eg gigs, festivals, younger/ropey bars etc, it really does make you stand out. ---

After doing some thinking throughout the day, I will say tho’ the reason I bought the Diesel during my last cologne purchase, was to liven things up a bit. Eternity is great, but I’m going to look for complimentary colognes, but I’m also gonna look for its evil twin, or its yang so to speak…something dark, brooding, dangerous…LOL ---

Ah, all those colognes you mentioned are great if you like them but they’re so “norm” and well worn by many. What you need is to start dwelling into niche perfume/cologne territory! Complex mixes of many interesting scents that most times offer more depth than your basic mainstream scents. Why smell like the other guy when you can smell a little bit more unique? I suggest checking out [basenotes.com](http://basenotes.com) and [theperfumedcourt.com](http://theperfumedcourt.com). ---

The gentleman. I have watched you go from a single post user to what you are today, Even though it hasn’t been that long its been a great pleasure to see such a “top” user grow. Thank you so much, I really do appreciate the compliment. Honestly for me this has been so enlightening, and so fun. One of my favorite things to do is study human behavior and people watch, along with PU and pheromones, man its all right up my alley. What I love about this community is how supportive it is, and how much information that is out there and they’re willing to share. If you ever get a chance to read any Wallace Wattles or Napoleon Hill, they’ve turned me into what I call selfish altruistic. In that I believe that the more you take care of yourself, and become successful at whatever it is, the more you can share and bless others. I see that here daily. No one here is hiding the cool mixes, they focus a lot of energy on bettering themselves, their mixes and testing methods, then run back here when they’ve got something good and share it. This is the law of attraction, the law of get off your ass, the law of reciprocity, the law of success and so on, all jumbled up here. Thanks again. 🙂 ---

I’m OCD don’t get me started on another “hobby.” I’ve heard of basenotes in passing, but not the other site. I agree with what you’re saying about not smelling like any other guy, and will definitely check it out. 🙂
