# Attract someone at work

Hi there 🙂,  
I would like to get the attention of someone at work. The truth is I do not work directly with him. I have not been in a lot of work meetings him. On the other hand, when I see him around at work - I go all quiet. I cannot even bring myself to say hi to him. He knows who I am though because I have chatted to him once.

I do not know if he likes me. He sort of that aura of unapproachablility around him. i think he is not very good in social situations perhaps, better in work environment. Today, he was in the cubicle next to me and was chatting with a workmate who works in a project he has an interest in. He may have looked at me. But I was too shy to even look at his direction :o.

He is a couple of ranks higher than me. He is my manager’s manager. He is actually young for his role.

I have been wearing Instant Shine for 2 days. Workmates appear to be relaxed around me when I wear this. But I did not used to have any problems with these workmates in the first place. I have been in friendly terms so I am not sure if Instant Shine is indeed working.

How do I get this guy’s attention? Would you be able to recommend any pheromones?

On the other hand, I did wear Instant Shine on a date, I got along pretty well with the guy, and he wanted to meet me again. I am unsure if it had anything to do with Instant Shine that I was wearing or he happened to like what he saw. I am 15 years younger than him, and was dressed sexily with full war paint (aka make up 😃), so I most probably was not looking too shabby in his eyes 😛.

I did buy ‘Come and talk to me’. Could I wear that in the work environment without seeming unprofessional? I also bought TAL. I have not used either.

Does that mean it was meant for men, and not women? It also has a manly scent. I would not call it a feminine scent. It does not smell like Neroli.

D88bee, I’ll intro with last thing first.

The men quite handily outnumber we lasses by a hand (at least) some of the products you buy from the men’s section will work just as well for you at attracting a male as for them attracting a female. Others (and I can’t give you exact ones as I simply don’t know) may attract other females more, but also attract males.

I use IS and it gets the attention of both male & female. I merely chock up the female attention to…thank goodness they are being nice when they could easily not.

Recently a friend advised MX135 and [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) combo, which was also acceptable for work.

Either way I would advise testing these things a bit at a time, and possibly using the work environment to test as well, it may be a “long game” as you don’t work directly with each other, but I’m pretty sure he’ll come around if he’s remotely interested.

Hello DeeB,

Just another opinion Ill offer.

Yes, I do suggest [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) - as a disinhibitor - but wait until you have a good rapport with him. Ill lay out some ideas based on what youve explained.

My GF wears MX135/335 as an everyday - shes a banker - the ‘35’ series is like marylin monroe in a bottle - begin wearing one of those perhaps as a ‘signature scent’. Hit him with that for a while

Instant Openess is a good idea - though I have no firsthand experience with this one - logically it might be one to stack with the '35’s on your next encounter/interaction with him

CTTM is a good choice - one of the 35’s and CTTM is a very sensible stack - then add TUTH - hahaha. Cant wait to hear the results - my ‘advice’ - is to set a several week goal- my ‘opinion’ is while as fun as it could be to sledgehammer him - going stright to a combo like 2X TUTH 2X of the 35 series and CTTM - can overwhelm anyone - and register confusion, not attraction.

Less is more to start.

Learn also application points, and how to choose them - theres the concept of ‘self effect’ - this is all about working him, not you on him, hes your prey 🙂

TUTH is the one you want to sledgehammer him with - stack THIS with one of the 35’s

Perhaps 2x of the 35’s and 1x TUTH to begin with…or vice-versa

Thank you guys. Really appreciate your help here 🙂. Will try out your suggestions. I stopped using any pheromones for a week because firstly I wanted to see the difference, and secondly because I got bit lazy 😃.

Coincidentally, I wore [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) today because I was having a meeting with senior managers regarding a project I am working on.

I did not get any more glances or looks than I usually get. But when I did spoke, I think I got people’s full attention.

I noticed something interesting today. I do not have a good relationship with my manager. He is in his 50s and loves to talk over others. Especially me. Today, he actually let me finish my sentence in front of everybody. He was going to interrupt me, and stopped himself halfway as if realising he was not letting me speak as usual.

And the even weirder part is, I listened to what he had to say more intently instead of being dismissive of him. Perhaps, he is using some sort of pheromones too… Lol 😃…We usually have a hate-hate relationship.

Tame your talk-over manager with MX300 - with your daily ‘35’ signature - the iron hand under the velvet glove sort of thing.

MX 300 will likely generate ‘take you serious’ and ‘respect’ without the aggression.

MX300 + your signature scent… that could be your work scent

after work - a touchup of ‘35’ plus a shot of TUTH or CTTM for social time maybe.

Note abt MX300 - have a good cover scent - my GF complaint about MX300 is its stand alone scent.

I’m going to go the path less traveled here. My advice is don’t try to date someone you work with. This a for sure no no if he is your boss, or even your bosses boss. I don’t know if you are aware that many companies have a non-dating policy. If this is broken both people can get canned this is true if he is a manger.

I’m not trying to be a negative newt here. I’m a manager and there is no way I would date a co-worker, or a subordinate that is asking for hr to walk me out the door. In my opinion no relationship is worth losing a good job over.

You have to decide if he does show interest and you guys do date is it worth your job?

That is what will happen if things go bad.

I agree with Smellymen as direct work with this person could be a serious problem.

However, as you’ve offered that you don’t work with this person…I’ll add that I met my BF at work. There may be company policies in place that deter office dating, so DO be cognizant, though a large part of relationships (married, ltr) result from working together.

I think the reason is professionalism and respect is required in the workplace. It’s a somewhat neutral zone where it is possible to get to know each other, though keep in mind employers don’t care to match you up on the company dime.

There are pluses and minuses to this so do tread cautiously. When a position opened up in BF’s dept I quickly dismissed it as it was simply too close to be working. In any given workday in our current positions, I won’t likely see BF without us coordinating it. If you see each other much more frequently please again consider seriously Smelly’s post. 🙂

Either way it sorts, all the best
