Howdy again all! Just a question before I ring up the DHL people and start trying to find out whats going on. This question is mainly for the Australian customers of Androtonics. Only ask because since arriving in Australia it’s been held back 2 days waiting for a “clearance delay” or something (thats what it says on the DHL tracking pages). Anyway, the question… Did anyone who ordered who is in Australia have to organize any customs paperwork stuff or have to ring them up to chase it up? Everything was going really well until it got to Adelaide… If its delayed another day I’ll ring em and ask them (nicely, of course) why my package has been held back in Adelaide, for if there’s anything I need to do. Just don’t want to be jumping the gun… Sorry. I’m excited about my parcel… Azza! ---

If I were you I would chase it up straight away, because they\*(DHL)\* won’t. I had dramas with DHL on my last order. It sat in Sydney for 3 weeks under the status _‘Processing Complete’_ going by the website tracking\*.\* So I rang them up, it took them a further 4 weeks to concede my parcel was lost. It took 5 months for me to get an order that should have only taken 5 days. To me 3 weeks is a long time for an express parcel to sit stagnant, I would have thought that their system would have flagged it by then. When I called them and quoted my tracking number, the response I got was: _“Ohhhhh…Ahhhh…Ummmmm…OK…I’m sorry, I’m gonna have to call you back…”_ If I had not rang them, god knows how much longer it would have taken. So I’d suggest you ring them up and quote your tracking number, rather than wait 😉 ---

Thanks for the help, Ryan. Will check it in the morning, and if its not delivered by lunch time and hasn’t left Adelaide by lunch time I’ll give them a phone call. Thanks for the help. Sorry to hear you had so many problems with yours. Hope I’m not going to have the same problems. ---

Lunch time I got an update on the DHL tracking site. Delivery was arranged, so if its not here tonight (7 truck drive from Adelaide or 1 hour plane trip) so it could be here in the morning. Not sure when it’ll come… So got my fingers crossed. Hopefully it gets here without any problems. ---

Yay! My package arrived today… 😃 Been 1 week today since I ordered them. Can’t wait to try them out so I’m gonna get changed (I’m in my daggy old home clothes) and put a bit on and head out… Thinking maybe, 1 drop of ammo behind the ears, 1 drop on the wrists, a spray of ammo on the neck, a spray of instant female magic on the hair and wrists. Why does that sound like a lot now that I’m actually wearing them myself…😠 Hahaha! Just seems like a good combo for a lot of people that works well… The bottle of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) leaked a bit, but they’re sitting comfy on my bedside table now… Can’t detect any of the horrible smells some people have mentioned, smell quite good actually. Azza!
