# Awesome customer service + amazing shipping!

Hello everyone,

As a Pheromonenoobie, I was anxiously waiting for my first pheromones which I received already on Monday. (I ordered them on Thursday, I live in the Netherlands). So first I would like to compliment you guys on the amazing shipping time!

Secondly, when ordering online, I asked if it was possible to ship the mones as a gift and lower the unit price on the invoice to prevent hassle at the customs. And they actually did it, the invoice said my 3 bottles of mones had a worth of $24 and it was stated that it was a gift. More amazingly was when I opened my package to find a handwritten postcard that said:

“Rick, Enjoy your gift! You are awesome! 😃 Jacob”

I couldn’t stop laughing for the rest of the day 😉

So guys of SmartMones [Pheromone Store](https://a314.com/shop/), keep up the good work 🙂!  
and thanks for the free to-go bottle of ‘Come Talk to Me’ !

Great news…my first order to Ireland took about a week and a half, just placed a new order today, heres hoping for Mon/Tue next week!
