From what I understand there are some base [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) and then ones that enhance that base. What are the base products that are available? Do you need to have enhancement products, how come the base one doesn’t just cover all of my bases? Thanks ---

When people are talking about “base products” they are referring to a combo they use or a single pheromone they use while making there own mix. The base is the primary product or molecule. The consumer products here are mixes and are stand alones and you do not have to layer them if you dont want to. However people who are really into [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) like to layer and come up with great combos to share here in the forum. There are different types of mixes that evoke different types of signals but they all cause some sort of attraction or attention. Layering helps some people fit the pheromone signal to there needs and personality more. So suppose your looking for something to cause mild sexual attraction but your also extremely shy and wont approach women. We may suggest AMMO and IO. AMMO to give a cool sexy intersting attractive vibe and IO to help open you and others up so you interact more. Both will work on there own to cause attraction but together they fit your personality and situation better. Tisha ---

I think Tisha explained this pretty well. I just want to put my 2 cents in. For most people some single product or combination of products from the consumer line will be all that they ever need. Then there are those of us that have turned this into a hobby. When I first started A314 was my base. I used it in everything because it worked so well. After testing and better understanding the results that I want, especially in the last week, I have changed my base from A314 to P75 and P79. I still like a314. It’s great for when I’m going into an unknown situation and I don’t want to think about it. But I have tested p75 and p79 separately and now together. I realize it fits my goals and personality better. Therefore that’s my new base. From what I have read these are the products that people start off with as their base: [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) AMMO A314 Most people use the other Instant products to enhance aspects of one or 2 of those 3 products based on environment and situation. I believe for most people 1 of those 3 products is more than enough. ---
