O.k… So I have been running low on Pheros so I have been forced to really make some intersting decisions with my pheromone applications. I generally use 2-3 main pheros throught the day. 1. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2. Ammo 3. Turn Up The Heat All of these get GREAT HITS as a stand alone phero. Sometimes all 3 at once is just a bit much. And sometimes all 3 at once is perfect. And I think The Timing of application is the deciding factor in effectiveness… Here is what I have been doing: Upon Waking: 1 Spray with Turn Up The Heat 1/2 to back of neck,1/2 to chest. Before I go to work: 3 sprays of Instant Shine 1 to each wrist,1 to front of neck. 3 hours later:This is the tricky part,2 sprays of Ammo,spray it Behind the ears letting it drip down the side of your neck. Take each wrist and Dab the side of your neck,then rub each wrist together… TRY IT!!! I notice a huge difference!!! It has been very conststant and effective. And thats what matters to me the most. ---

Effective in getting ioi’s Many more looks and the girls seem like they just wanna be close to me ALOT MORE… I also get this feeling like “I am the man,and I dont care if you look at me” Its cool…try it…let me know.
