Okay, so I received my order today and I’m amazed at the very speedy delivery!! I would also like to extend a huge thank you and virtual hug to Amy for the to-go bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 😃 That was very awesome!! **Instant Sexiness A** , I started off with **2 sprays** one to the neck and 1 split between the wrists. Immediately I felt giddy and excited. Maybe because of the order and the anticipation of trying it out! Perhaps I should have tried Instant Sexiness alone, but then used **Instant Shine** with **1 spray** to the neck. Off to work I go! I was greeted by my female manager who was in a pleasant mood as usual. We get along great practically all the time. My regular male co-worker flirts with me quite a bit, we are rather playful with each other. I call him my work-husband since we are always paired up. I’m not attracted to him, I just look at him as a good guy friend. Plus my ex slept with his ex recently (small town) and we are both still seeing those exes, so we joke about “getting revenge” by sleeping with each other (not going to happen) But that’s another story and enough rambling… 😛 here is what I found: As a newbie and not realizing how long pheromones last or what to expect or how much range is given, I kept spraying myself every couple hours with **Instant Shine**. I don’t know what I was expecting. I did observe the cocky arrogant muscleheads that usually come in don’t say a word, yet today had cheerfully acknowledged me with a how are you today? Which threw me off a bit. Some females were really nice to me today and others… well, acted quite bizarre around me. Definitely noticed stares from men and even got a wink. When my manager was gone most of the day and returned, she had some attitude with me. Most of the time, she and I joke around and hang out together, but she was actually quite rude! The weirdest part was that she was nice on the phone when she was on her way to the gym. After sitting down I asked her a question and she snapped at me. Very weird indeed. I also by this time lost count of how many sprays of **Instant Shine** I used over the course of the afternoon ( **total of 5** maybe?) **Self Effects** I felt happy, overly talkative and not so self-conscious, maybe voiced my opinion more and louder than usual. As the sprays of **Instant Shine** accumulated, my mood plummeted and I felt more of a negative aura around me. When it was quitting time I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I was kind of confused about my day while I was driving home… did it work or not? It must have, but I have to figure out my dosages a little better. Tomorrow, I work with the one male coworker in the morning, who I find uber-attractive (but he’s not my TG) and then I work with my regular (work-husband) coworker in the afternoon. Hmmmmmm… So overall, I had mixed results today but had to give you all a full report! ---

Elixxer, I am total newbie like you, so I might be wrong, but it seems like you might have used too much [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) throughout the day and you had a crash at the end. Just a thought ---

Maybe you can tweak it a bit and add less sprays (maybe 3 or 4) of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and see what results you get. Reps sent 🙂 ---

5 sprays of is and 2 sprays of is/a …could be a bit too much on you’re first day using pheros. Next time start with a smaller dosage on Day 1 (start with 1 or 2 sprays only), give your body time to adjust to your new signature, and other people who know you as well. And then use more spray if you’re not getting hits. I remember my mom get a headach when I sprayed is/a on her for the very first time, but now she’s gotten used to it, and steals my other pheros _sigh_ lol Hope it helped sweetie! ---

Thanks for the replies 🙂 Mademoiselle, I didn’t know you could crash with pheromones but that completely makes sense! That is how I felt by the end of the day, and it was not a good feeling at all. So much to learn! :o amazon84, I am definitely going to cut back on my dosages. 5 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) was a bit much for a first timer! Thank you for the reps! 🙂 msselva, I really noticed everyone’s behaviours changing around me, sometimes not for the better. I am going to start off small (as I should have done initially) and work my way up to more sprays. I felt the pheromones wore off and I had to reapply every couple hours, obviously that was not the case! I am going to let my mom sample my pheros before she goes out on Thursday… uh oh, I might have to lock them up and hide them after! 😉 ---

Good report. The “crash” effect will wear off with repeated uses. At least it did for me. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a bit tricky as some people think it smells bad. Others love the smell. Best not to overdo this one as the people who perceive it as smelling bad can have negative reactions if the smell (to them) is too strong. ---

Instant shine smells so nice to me, and I find it very energizing! I think of a phero overdose as a caffeine overdose lol ---

Gone With The Wind, I’m relieved to hear that the crash effect wears off as you become more accustomed to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)! I experienced (a lesser) crash this afternoon. Mademoiselle, great analogy about caffeine and pheromones… it’s almost the same kind of feeling. ---

I remember when I first started using pheros, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) totally drained me out by the end of the day. I felt really tired every time I used Instant Shine. The crash effect lessened with repeated use, but I still feel a little more tired than usual whenever I wear it. I stay in a good mood all day though, so I’m willing to put up with the side effect! Reps for your report! ---

Thanks for the reps, FantasyAngel! 🙂 For the first few hours I find I’m more talkative and perky (in fact yesterday my co-worker said I was “wide-eyed”) then a little later I’m going on a much needed coffee run! I wonder if all pheromones have that same crash effect or if it varies with the products. ---

As I recall IH may have produced some of this, a314 a little bit. Others I don’t remember. ---

Interesting! Well, already I noticed I haven’t crashed nearly as hard as the first time. That is proof right there that they have a huge affect, just have to wait for the hits now! 😉 ---
