Hi guys, this has nothing to do with pheromone and I’m not sure which section I should post this under. Mods please move this for me if you have to, thanks!

I’m currently 19 years old and look somewhat young for my age (baby face). I have a co-worker who is a little older and I have an interest in her. She kind of treats me like a little brother though so I’d like to know how I can approach her in a more mature way to change her views towards me. She is kind of innocent and just a little bit conservative. I guess I’m not serious enough in front of her as I always seem carefree, smiling, and not taking things seriously enough. _I plan on purchasing [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) in the near future_

well, If you want her as a serious relationship, and she doesn’t find your personality attractive I would not pursue it,

But you could still try, instant gentleman could help, when i use it i get self effects of being more “mature” i don’t do stupid stuff i usally do lol. but once your in a relation ship with her you’ll have to be “mature” or she’ll have to except your carefree-ness.

If you just wanna hit it and quit it, then phero up and appear the image lol.

So don’t sell what you cant provide, if you want a long relationship.

Words of wisdom. I’m definitely gonna quote this in day-to-day life when it’s appropriate. 😃

😮 Ooof… Good thing this won’t be an everyday thing. hahaha

I’m not a pilot, although I have flown a plane. 🆒
My friend’s a pilot- going into the Air Force- he took me up in his Cessna and had me flying for about 10 minutes while he was pulling out his map from the back seat. 😃

Being a private, non-commercial pilot I don’t think there’s any limitations on being color blind or not. I mean, it’d certainly help to **not** be color blind, but I don’t see what actual harm would be done for little planes like the one I was in. I think only Air Force is strict because they need their best eyes in the sky. And commercial pilots might be the same way because safety is their number one goal. That’s not to say safety isn’t a goal with private planes, it’s just not as big of a concern. 🙄

My turn… do you ride a bike?

but yeah really fun!

Oooo that sounds like a ton of fun!

I owned a Yamaha R6… not really roadtrip material. Don’t have it anymore… but I still have all my gear and can’t wait to get one when I can afford another. 😃 (That day will probably be after school… if I end up in Arizona again I’ll definitely get one. I think you’ll agree that here in Oregon it’s kinda hairy for bikes half of the year at least… even though the past couple of days have been beautiful!)

Haha We have officially taken over this thread. But no matter. 🆒

</div>

The gixxer 600 is my favorite bike… ever time I sit on one, new or old, it always just “fits”. It’s center of gravity isn’t way up high like the CBR, and it just feels a little smaller and more manageable. My R6 was my first bike (not the first one I’ve ridden though), so I wanted nothing larger than 600cc’s. I did have to rev it a bit crazy, but that’s half the appeal on the supersports is the insane redline. I also drive a Mazda RX-8 so I’m used to having no torque down low and getting all my horses way up top.

That said, the rest of my R6 I loved to death. It was a blue '05 with a lot of upgrades done by the previous owner. I passed a Nissan GTR going the opposite direction and noticed the driver looking at me as I rode past. The clutch on the bike engaged pretty far out on the clutch, and it was a rather grabby clutch, but I managed it anyways. I honestly would rather have gotten a gixxer 600 but all of them that I came across were completely abused and overpriced. /:

If I were you I’d probably be looking at that 750 with a lot of interest. I banned myself from a liter bike 'cause I didn’t want to kill myself (being a newer rider and lightweight I didn’t want to risk it). But I see no reason why you couldn’t handle it or even the big liter bike. Just depends on which one you like better. (;

yeah, i’m a small guy 5’5 140-150lbs, i cant go to big or insurance would rape me lol.
but yeah i’m used to my stang with 300~ ft lb torque, lol so i like my low end power. iv rode since lol 😛 well before i could legaly drive a car, rode dirt bikes a while, then dad put me ona harley davidson sportstar 1200c, before i was even 15 lol. recent bikes i rode were 07 delux (in the pic), screaming eagle fatboy’s, rockers, screaming eagle vrods. and more. So im used to the “heavy” bikes, i wanna ride a boss hoss tho… but i think im a lil too small for that, chevy 350 in a motorcycle lol badass…

hows your rx8 treatin you? i was thinking about buying one, but then again i think about buying every car, but mine still runs good n’ strong.

I kind of summed up answers to my own question, but girls get bored talking about serious things all the time (or at least I do). And honestly, what makes me different than any other average chump if I kept asking boring questions?

I think it’s hard or nearly impossible to flirt at work. I mean, at least I wouldn’t do it because I don’t want other people to think I’m trying to hit on her or something (trying to keep my image).

Nope don’t plan on being serious with her.

The thing is prankster you should never change who you are to be with someone else. I think it was my friend David D who said this: “It’s my reality and I choose who to invite in.” Any other way would mean that you are jumping out of your reality and into hers.

Of course you can and should make adjustments to who you are to meet in the middle somewhere, but not at the expense of losing your identity. Imagine if you were to give up that carefree, happy attitude that guides you through life, and so many others strive to be where you are, and it doesn’t work out.

Maturity is about being comfortable with who you are, not changing who you are for somebody elses attention. In reality changing who you are for anyone is immature.

You seem like a really cool guy and she would be foolish if she was let a guy go who was carefree and fun to be around. I guess maybe she would rather have the guy who is all business like, and works himself to death. In Japan they call this: karoshi

But like I said many guys have to work at being carefree, so just be happy that you are already there.

If you are not comfortable with yourself, how can you be comfortable with others ??

If you are constantly trying to be something you’re not, your concentration on the woman is negligent - they can pick up on this very quickly.

Tell the truth.

Be positive and confident.

Listen to her, and ask questions based on her input, condition and situation.

I’d say a 600 (or 750 if you like it) is your best bet then… I’m 155lbs give or take a few depending on the time of day and what I’ve eaten. And on my 600… accelerating on the highway was a oh-shit-hold-on-but-don’t-forget-to-shift affair. Tons of smiling fun. Put an extra tooth on the rear sprocket so you kick yourself some extra torque and you’ll be super happy (mine had one… maybe two extra teeth).

350Z? Nice… you own the car that I almost got instead. (;

And the others have definitely steered this thread in the right direction. Which is a good thing. haha 😃

Steve-o is very right. To elaborate on the ‘make adjustments bit’, I would say that throughout history young men have learnt hugely from women their same age and older. Women of course do mature more quickly in certain areas, and also are just naturally better at and more interested in certain parts of life.

I think generally the upside doesn’t compensate for the risk to getting involved with colleagues. However if you’re 19 and in a job where you don’t feel you may have much to lose, even in this difficult economy than I also recognize that that may not apply so much.

I would guess that creating a sense of intrigue - that beneath your happy go lucky surface there might be lurking hidden depths - might not be a bad strategy. What specifically will work for you is not so obvious without knowing you, but perhaps something will occur to you.

I have [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Ammo 1.0, and Turn Up The Heat ATM 🙂
I just got them but did not use any yet.

I am reading Neil Strauss’ The Game and it is an AWESOME book. I’ve got Mystery’s book as well that I will read after. Issues… Umm… I guess it’s an issue about myself. I cannot seem to reject people, and simply say the words, “NO!” with confidence. But I’m trying to change that, and I think I’ve gotten better. I think it’s a matter of having self-confidence.

I just cannot see myself applying those methods to this girl at work LOL and I would not definitely ask her out on a date either unless she can keep it a secret. Flings with a colleague is just plain awkward because I don’t want my other colleagues to gossip and this and that and blahblah since this is again, just a fling, nothing serious.

To Steve: Thank you for the post! It makes a lot of sense, but I just want to fool around with her lol. I don’t really want to have a LTR with her.
