# Best application spot for self effects?

Hey all, where do you recommend I apply sprays and oils for the best self effect? I just put some Alpha on my upper lip, I can really smell it so I get the feeling it’s working well, but what about sprays?

For self effects I would go with the neck.

With the spray ones go for the neck; they can be a little pungent right under the nose and some can give you a bit of a headache/light head if put them so close.

Yes, neck for the sprays, and right under your nose for the oils.
