# Best customer service: my missing P83 order sorted out by the reps

I’m am at a shock about how good the customer service is at this place 😮.  
Here is the problem I ordered [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) and I still haven’t received it. I talked to a reps from smartmones and they took care of me and really helped me out.
