# Best Phero and How Much for Outdoors?

Hey guys, I was wondering what the best phero and how much to use if you are going to be outdoors a lot? I’ve got a few outdoor weddings this summer and I go to a lot of baseball games.

Hi Andy,  
It is very much depending on what you want to achieve from using the phero outdoor.

If you want to have respect or project yourself as trustworthy, try A314.

If you want to have good times socializing with girls or friends, then you can try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Honesty or Instant SHine.

Instant Shine can make you and the people around you in good mood.

If you want to attract girls then you choose Ammo.

Most of the pheros are recommended to use 2 drops or 2 sprays for the start. You need to experiment whether you see any effect. Increase the number of drops or sprays if you don’t see result.

mx103 - best workplace/respect

IH - best all spice, msg additive

there the 4 vitals in my humble opinion…that’d be great as a standard package would it not?

OK, thanks for the tips guys. I guess I was wondering if you should wear more if you know you are going to be outside a lot, or does it even matter?
