Hey all. Great forum. I’ve been reading everything I can on pheros from this wonderful community over the last couple days and I have a question that I haven’t been able to answer. if this has been covered before, please feel free to berate me or (hopefully) point me in the right direction with a link or something: So, I have a female friend who’s very close to me and lately I’ve been feeling certain things for her. The thing is, I’m not sure whether these feelings are being reciprocated or not. What phero(s) can I try to see if I can’t help this situation along? Stats: Me: late twenties, asian, outgoing, approachable, humorous - or at least I like to think I am 😉 Her: early twenties, asian, outgoing with friends, but a bit shy with most others. Can any of you wise and experienced phero masters point me in the right direction? Any help will be much appreciated! ---

Well, there are no [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that are going to move you from friendship to love on their own. These products however can help you as YOU work on that and if she is so inclined. I would recommend: Instant shine: Hopefully she will recognize that she is always happy to be with you. IH: Can help trigger deeper conversations and feelings of connection. women equate both to caring which can lead down the romance trail. Can, not will. IFM: Help calm her down when she is … unhappy and MAYBE sooth her if she doubts if you two start transitioning from friends to romance. Ammo: do I need to explain? ---

Thanks, boss. Your clarification is much appreciated. I should have phrased my question this way: What pheros might I use to help her open up about her feelings to me _if she’s so inclined?_ I understand no [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in the world will make her reciprocate my feelings if she doesn’t care about me in that way. Bosshank is very knowledgeable. In addition to his suggestions I’d like to make one more. A314 can display high/higher value so it can make you look like a prize to her. Since you’re Asian in late twenties, start with two drops of A314 and 1 or 2 sprays of IFM. ---

But I think I remember reading a little about A314 and younger girls. Most of the posts about A314 have a little bit older female demographic - meaning girls around their 30s or so. Maybe I just need to do some more research. I’m such a noooob at all this. Thanks! ---

If you and your target are both Asian (and she’s also in her 20s), I’d say you wouldn’t have much problem. As I’ve suggested in addtion to Bosshank, IFM can ease the tension and make her feel calm around your presence. Keep in mind that you still need to do some grunt work when wearing pheros, especially with A314; you should be the one approaching and ease any tension if any exist. Since you mentioned that you’re approachable and outgoing in addition to both you and your target being in familiar terms, I’d say you’d do well with A314+IFM.
