# Best pheromone for the younger crowed

hey community,

im new to all this and want to know whats the best mones for picking up the younger crowed eg 19 to 30 range i recently brought ammo x2 instant shine x2 and alpha 7 ..i just want a little advice to what might work as im a lil skeptical if mones really work.  
my personality is the quite type half Philo half australia so im mixed blood and do get a bit of attention of the ladies i just want more of an edge

How old are you ?

Why did you get 2X in ammo ? Generally thats for men 30 and older. More is not better with certain [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). You get 2X only after finding the dosage of the regular strength. It wont matter with Ishine but AMMO it could.

Everything you picked should work well within the higher part of the range you indicated.

well since you already bought the heavy ammo, dont use more than 1 spray

i have found 3 sprays works well for me depending on what else im wearing, but be careful with 4. ive never had success with 4 sprays of ammo, and im 22 which should be around your age

try to pick up some socials like Instant opennness or instant honesty to help buffer all the -none thats in the heavy ammo. be very careful with it
