# Best stuff for...

First of I know [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) give you a ‘boost’.

But what pheromones give maximum self effects in the direction of…

Opening up  
Breaking outta your shell  
Expressing your inner self  
Being talkative  
Being honest  
Just words flowing…  
Just turned on tapped on… in the moment thoughts come, they flow you say it how it is…etc  
Just really talking! Talking talking talking, being honest, you dont care what your saying your just expressing your self…

What pheromones will help bring on/boost me in this direction. I don’t care about effecting other people. Just tell me about self effects, but I want it extreme baby! I want some chatterbox potion!!!

Is there such a thing!

No mones give me self-effect in any way, shape or form. I sprayed some on others, and even though I see how some girls and guys get affected by them, yet, I still don’t get affected. I think I am good at overriding subconscious with logic. I guess I am way too visual and direct. What I see is what I see and get, not what I sense or feel… Emotional arousal work really well on females, but definitely not on guys like me.

well im new to this mone thing myself. but i have quite a few products. i hope this helps cuz i know its not very specific. but me for me when i put on a certain mone i also try to assume the role. a314 i try to move a little slower and look others in the eye. io and ih i try to initiate conversations. its just a little something i do to get the ball rolling so the mones do what they do.

I like 4 IO 3-4 IH and 20 mcg p74. For something sexual to add I use 2 sprays of ammo.
