I bought a bunch of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) a year ago, but didn’t use them more than a few times. I bought every standard product they sell. I am rediscovering them and will start going out three times a week. Is there a list of threads/logs I should check out? I’m 20 by the way, so that’s why I’m asking. I work out everyday and I’m pretty active so I guess my natural pheromones are already high. ---

You can do Tag Searches for the products you own, and if you have A314, you should be able to get access to that forum. ---

The fact of the matter is you should all the journals. The main page is good for those great, obvious hits we sometimes see. But the journals contain the day to day things we see from these product. The people maintaining journal are putting in real research on these products.
