So far vary good results from a314-IH.IG. p130. Reports later. I’m wondering the best way to remove [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to avoid build up and od. Showers a given. Maybe a different kind of soap? What do u guys think?

Use a strong detergent soap like Zest and a rough wash cloth with hot water. Oil-based products are more difficult to remove but all are fats that ingrain themselves into your skin cells.

The [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) soak into the skin cells. Skin enzymes work them over.

So to get fully rid of the old applied pheromones, one needs to get rid of the skin cells too. That’s where the rough wash cloth and hot water are most useful.

There are other detergent-based bath soaps, of course, Irish Spring is another and most liquid “soaps” are really detergents (artificial surfactants) rather than true soaps (lye-treated animal and vegetable fats.) Both can work well in soft water but detergents are usually more aggressive and effective.

If you really want to get rid of them use a soap with an abrasive like “Lava.” Use it anywhere except your hands at your own risk.

Hydrogen Peroxide works best for me!

H2O2 works well if you’re already blonde or are hairless. Remember, it bleaches color out of hair (and clothes, etc.)

I’ve found that a spray of rubbing alcohol just destroys any build up I have and puts me right back at start.

You can use it if it works for you, but (I actually learned this from a class on handling blood borne pathogens) SOAP is the literal best way to remove anything from your skin.

Hydrogen Peroxide could maybe eat some things, but soap will slide it right off.

Plain good ole soap.

H2O2 if it works for you is fine I’m sure, but putting it all over your body or even on your face is not recommended.
