FWIW… I’ve been listening to various CDs from my largish collection of binaual beat and trance music, and other such entraining/entrancing media immediately before going to sleep… a moist dropper with a film of concentrated beta-nol is wiped on my upper lip so there is a slow but strong diffusion into my airflow as I’m drifting off-tuning in.

Beta-nol self application appears to be exceptionally effective in this way… whatever tones I choose to listen to will go in vey deeply as opposed to random listening… the meaning of this may be that beta-nol facilitates brain wave entrainment w/o the negative side effects of longer acting psychoactive substances…

the result is very clean and to the point…the Ultra Deep Meditation product feels like just that… I’ve had excellent results with the CD called The Inventor… the mind does seem to become more inventive and more productive…

This sounds interesting. I have been working with binaural beats mostly to help with my ADD. I have noticed when listening to beta frequencies, my focus seems to improve quite a bit. This is when I am awake. Headphones while at work. I wonder if a little B-Nol would be beneficial in my situation? I am considering purchasing the Neuro-programmer 2 program. So I can create my own CDs. It seems like an awesome system. There are some LED glasses that can go with it, but they seem to be on backorder right now.

Question:
How much B-Nol are you using at night?

Thanks for your help!

Only a light pass of the outside of the dropper (it’s in a dropper bottle) across my upper lip… I usu. cup my hand over my nose and deeply inhale several times to capture a good vapor cloud… intense dreams too…

I’m also comparing Neuroprogrammer 2 against The SHARM… sharm is an Israeli product… downloaded it recently… def. more expensive but it seems to have some real cutting edge new programming tricks that might (undeline _might_, I haven’t done anything major with it yet) propel it into a new league…

I’m looking at an external Plextor drive with a fast disk burn speed so I can make these programs portable to whereever.. though I def. learned that the CD 44.1 standard puts a performance limit on subtler signal encodings… I pretty much doubt the MP3 encoding scheme can capture buried frequencies b/c MP3 deliberately leaves out a lot of subliminal level data in order to compress the file..

BTW if you buy the SHARM, you get much better results with Firefox on the download… IE may not work at all…

Hmmmm… I will have to take a look into SHARM. See what it offers. Thanks for the tip. When I am on the go I use an Ipod Touch, there is a program called Attractor. You can choose frequencies, ambient sounds, if you want frequency to change during session, also you are able to add your own subliminal messages if you like. I am not sure how compressed the sounds are. The download was between 50-75 MB. It actually gives me good results while at work.

If you have a jailbroken Ipod touch/Iphone, you can get VLC media player (a Linux media player) which plays tons of formats. FLAC included. That may be a good idea for portability. Then you just have to get good headphones 🙂

I will try B-nol tonight, to see how that works. I have 100 mcg that I use for mixing, never tried it that high by itself though.

At home I use only firefox so no problems there 🙂

Quick overview of SHARM. It is cheaper. If you want to record and possibly distribute recordings, Neuro-programmer 2 is $299, SHARM with commercial license is $199.

If you’re looking for more oomph in mind travels, maybe you’d like an outboard headphone amplifier… a good one… I pressed an older headroom model into service to listen to my binaural beat cds… w/o it complex signals blur together… it really helps allowing the sound threads to stay distinct… big prob. is often getting the intended signal out of the box clearly enough to get the benefit from it
