Hi! Well where to start! I got another is/a gift yay thank you : ) I tried the beta-nol today 2.5 spray bottle 1 spray to chest. I didn’t really feel anything then after about 5 minute or so I felt slightly happier, but I also started to have some anxiety : ( grinding my teeth etc.😕 I sort of felt i guess softer in a way really the only word I can think of close to it only in a very slight way though not like how mx235 affects me really makes me feel feminine/soft/nicer?? something like that! Don’t think it really affected anyone but if it did it was in a bad way (although I was at the dmv) everyone was rude etc.😠 and I mean everyone I talked to and i’m just being my nice normal self definitely not provoking anything! Also I noticed it sort of smelled like lam but I just sprayed a second spray to my chest to see how I feel and didnt notice that smell. wow! I already feel like I’m getting more anxiety just now since I did that second spray just a few min. ago. I don’t recall anyone having any anxiety type effects with beta-nol : ( I am sad because I really thought I would like it and now i’m just confused! I’m pretty sure I didnt od with one spray but maybe I have a low beta-nol tolerance? ha I have clue. mx135 I love the smell. I was thrown off by this one too! I love my mx235 I usually use 1-2 sprays to chest. Well I did 1 spray of mx135 to same area and didnt notice anything other than the great smell : ) so I did another spray not much so I ended up doing 4-5 sprays of it all chest area and 1 to top of head but spread out if that makes sense. I felt like it was similar to mx235 but really if I didnt know they were the same product just diff scent I would think they were two different things just because it didn’t seem to effect me the same way. I was really surprised! I was just by myself during this time, but I decided to go out and so I added some sprays of lam (ill explain in a following paragraph) i will say about 2 good sprays to front and back of legs and one kind of pointed at my body to sort of get it all over. I did get I believe a lot of hits but this was with mx135 and lam. People i dont know or dont know well kept coming up and talking to me and people would sit by me for a bit then leave then come back and sit by me again this happened with 3 different people! 2 women and 1 man oh! after adding the lam I felt softer in a sexy kind of way and my body heated up again : ) lam I have a question does anyone know what one spray of lam in a to go would equal out to as a drop? is it like 3 sprays is one drop or 1 spray. Just curious I always carry around my lam in a to go bottle and just spray it on. I only use the drops sometimes. my new neighbors are moving in and they are being really loud! I hope they aren’t always like this! So all in all I am going to keep trying the mx135, this beta-nol though I’m not sure because I really don’t like to have anxiety! I don’t want to use it if it is going to make me feel this way so I might send it back. I’m not sure though : ( I’m just surprised I thought I was going to like the b-nol a lot Madison p.s. I forgot to add I was thinking maybe the mx135 didnt seem the same because I use mx235 almost everyday but I just taken my break from my mones for either 1 or 2 days so I don’t think it was that. Another thing that was confusing me about the b-nol is I think ih and spaceland both have a lot of b-nol right? I have both of those and do well with both. I don’t get it : ( am I just having an off day? okay now after the second spray I feel sort of deeper/lost in sort of deep thoughts? I think I would like this possibly if it wasn’t for this anxiety I keep clenching/grinding my teeth and moving around my mouth muscles are tensed up a little all over? ---

Spaceland is purely alpha-androstenol and fragrance. IH is indeed 70% beta-androstenol though. And you applied 1 spray of betanol at 2.5 mcg is that right? Well, I think that a spray of IH has much more than that, albeit there is some alphanol in there too: IH is more like 10 mcg per spray I think. So that is a bit odd. Maybe you were just having an off day. ---

Yes ntk thats right 2.5 Well after the 2 sprays of b-nol to my chest after 10 min or so I started to get sweaty palms felt like just want to curl up in a ball and think instead of do much else it’s almost as though I WANT to talk to someone but since i’m having the anxiety I would rather not. I’m supposed to be cleaning right now not all curled up in a ball (when i’m not typing) maybe I will have a spray or 2 of spaceland that should get me up and going : ) maybe the first time I used it I remember it seemed to give me a small bit of energy although I haven’t noticed that since i’ll try anyway : ) hmmm I want to try this around people now! not with the anxiety part though : ( ---

wow : ( i’m really mot feeling well now I feel like I don’t want to talk to anyone i’m sort of lightly sweaty? all over and just feel icky like i’m getting the flu or something. maybe I am! I dont want to try anymore beta-nol though i really feel just icky and bad right now my friend called and i talked for a short min then was like I have to go i dont feel good. I keep trying to think of something to do so I feel better but nothing seems to be something i want to do like i’m stuck ugh : ( ive used ih many times and this has never happened I must just be getting sick or something but sickness doesnt cause anxiety? I don’t know : ( ---

How long ago did you spray the betanol? It generally lasts for about 5-6 hours. You could wash it off with a sponge or take a shower if you want to make sure - it’s not sticky and should come off your skin fairly easily. ---

Also, CTTM (in your sig, I see you have that too) is 50% betanol so if you’ve worn that without any adverse side-effects… then that is really weird. Well, hope you feel better soon… any alcohol in the house? Just a shot of whisky or something like that, to alleviate your symptoms, might be a good idea. ---

Thanks for the report!!! I just ordered some beta-nol and some [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) x4 and am looking forward to trying them both out. I’ll watch and see if I get any of the anxiety-type reactions. (I hope not, but if I do at least I’ll know what it’s from!!!) Maybe it’s the combination of scents from the different pheros that doesn’t agree with you. That happens to me sometimes 🙂 ---

Good deal Tessa : ) I am really interested in trying mx335 now! I can’t seem to find anything on here that says beta-nol had any part in anxiety not even once so I really want to try it again but I swear within 15 min of the 2nd spray I started to have even more and then later feeling just not good. Hmmm I don’t know because I do use the ih without any problem i’ve probably used it 4 times and the cttm I hadn’t noticed any self effects, but I have only used it once by itself I usually use it with other products like mx274 I need to try it by itself again and see if I notice anything! : ) No problems with cttm that I have noticed though. ---
