Hello all,

I’m Minty, a 19 year old uni student in the UK. Ever since I first heard about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) a few weeks back, I’ve been fascinated - reading everything I can find about the different types, then finally biting the bullet and ordering!😮

Any advice about particular pheromones I should go for next, and/or how I should use the ones I’ve already got would be greatly appreciated. To let you know a little about myself and my motivations:

1. Firstly, I’ve managed to get myself into a bit of a rut at uni. Being in the minority as a girl studying maths, I felt a bit intimidated so took on a pseudo-male persona in my first year. I managed to become ‘one of the boys’ which has definitely had its advantages. The downside, however, is that **most guys just aren’t interested in me romantically**! LOL Guys seem really comfortable around me and often want to spend a lot of time with me, but it’s always clear that we’re _mates_, it’s as though I’m not a girl anymore! And the real problem is that I don’t really remember how to ‘go back’ to the softer, more feminine person I was before I started uni.☹

So, I’m really hoping to find a pheromone mix which makes me seem more ‘girly’. I’m attracted to dominant guys who almost like to ‘protect’ the girl they’re with - so I need something that gets attention from these types of guys.

From what I’ve gathered from these forums, this probably means I should avoid products containing androstenone and err more towards things with TAH or EST? I’ve ordered some IS/b to go as a starting point (before I get adventurous and start mixing things myself!🙄). Any pointers about what I should be doing would really be appreciated!

1.

Next up - invisibility. I’m a pretty shy person which I think comes across a lot in my body language (which I’m working on!) as well as my personality. With my friends I’m okay, but with more unfamiliar people (especially in crowded places) sometimes I’m not seen at all! I’m often pushed out of the way or trod on. It’s not done maliciously, **people just don’t realise I’m there**!

I’ve ordered some MX135, since I’ve seen a few users mention it got them some attention. Do you think this will help me a bit? I don’t need to be the centre of attention, but it would be nice to be noticed a little more! I know I can’t expect the mones to do everything… a good friend of mine has really been helping me build up my confidence and I’m noticing improvement. A little pheromone-boost (even if it mainly comes from self-effects) would be great, though! Any and all suggestions welcomed!

1.

Aaaand finally: shyness. Social situations (even with people I really like) make me really anxious and I struggle to relax and really over analyse my own behaviour and the responses of others. This used to be _really_ bad when I was younger, but with CBT I’ve improved a lot. Still, I feel this awkwardness hampers me and prevents me from enjoying life and my relationships to the fullest! I suspected an androstenol-heavy product might help me here, so I ordered some PI/w off of eBay.

This is the only one of my mones which has arrived so far and I’ve been absolutely delighted with the _self_-effects. I’ve even taken to putting a dab on my upper lip before meeting up with people, as it really does seem to make me feel more comfortable and happy around people. I’ve noticed that close friends don’t seem to react to it very much at all, I think I read somewhere that people you know are less sensitive to changes in your chemical sig or something? But anyhow, in enclosed spaces (such as the tube and buses) I’ve noticed increased friendliness from strangers. In more open spaces I haven’t really noticed much of a response at all, but I expect that has something to do with PI being oil based and thus not so good at diffusion?

So any recommendations for social-lubricator mones would be incredibly helpful!

To briefly describe myself: I’m about 5"5 with dark skin, brown eyes and shoulder-length wavy black hair. I’m slim and hour-glass shaped, but squidgy since I don’t exercise much!:o I’m not drop-dead gorgeous or anything, but I’m attractive enough and am happy with how I look.🙂

Relationship history: Well the guys interested in me have tended to be more shy/submissive type and it’s never really felt right for me since I’d really prefer to be the more submissive person in the relationship. I think I scare most of the alpha-males off with my macho-ness! A few have tried to ‘tame’ me, for want of a better word, lol. But I seem to self sabotage and find it really difficult to _let_ myself be softer and more feminine. Bah. Basically, I need some chemical help LOL.😉

Whew, I had a lot to say! Thanks so much for reading, if you’ve stuck with my ramblings this far. Any and all advice will be hugely appreciated! I’m looking forward to posting more on these boards and hopefully getting to know a few people here!🙂
