Hello dhouse& nice to have you as a member of Pherotalk
Good that you decide to join this forum & your keen interest in pheros
Ok here is my recommendation to your situations there. For work try A314 + Instant Openness & for gaining attraction from girls, try AMMO(Regular Strength will suit you as i have checked your age) + Instant Shine (Instant Shine Spray — Mood Enhancing Pheromone For Men - Alpha A314) + Instant Openness (Instant Openness – Ice Breaker Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314) (Try to get 2X strength if possible)
Here is a link about A314, AMMO & the Instants here: mens pheromone guide & another link on how pheros works> What pheromones can do and what they cant Updated and i leave it to you to decide on my recommendation there.
I hope i was able to help you out there. See you
