# Big thanks mickaelia

I want to thank Mickaelia, she has solved a problem I had with the shipment. This is the first time I feel respected as a customer for a company. This company is really very serious.

Good that your problem got solved.Mickaelia is definitely an awesome person and the staff here are great(^_^) Lol,this actually belongs in the [http://www.pheromonetalk.com/store-announcements-feedback/](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/store-announcements-feedback/) section but im sure an admin will move it anyway.(\>_\<)
