For those of you who have been keeping up with my journal, you’ll know about the girl I’m talking about. I went and saw her on Saturday night and I got BIG results. I won’t spare any details here so… You’ve been warned. **The boring part first -** To go over things again. Her age: 22 Ethnicity: White/Australian Height: about 5’8 Weight: Around 55kg (roughly 100 pounds?) I’m a 24 year old male. Around 100kg (200 pounds?) 6’4 and white. I arrived about 9pm at her house, weather was cool and dry, almost no humidity and a very light breeze. I normally only wear [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Instant shine around her at a dosage of: **3 x Ammo - Wrists, throat and chest** **5 x Instant shine - Back of hands, sides of neck and top of arms** This time though I decided to change it up a little bit and went with: **4 x Ammo - Throat, split on sides of neck, back of hands and chest** **3 x A314 - Split behind ears, split between wrists and one under my nose for self effects** **1 x Instant shine - Back of neck to take the edge off the none** **Cover scent - CK Summer, 1 spray (citrus scent) on my clothes to mask the -none from my self.** To be perfectly honest I was expecting some OD effects. That is ALOT of -none for a 22 year old girl to take in but what I got was the exact opposite. _ **Boring part end** _ _ **----------------------------------------------** _ * * * So Like I said I arrived at her place around 9pm to pick her up and take her to the beach. Again, dosed in the car about 10 minutes before I saw her but had the windows down and let the air rush past me for the last 10 minutes of the drive to dry it down and take some of the egde off. Blah blah blah, she gets in the car and we kiss hello on the cheek. (The furthest we’ve gone is a little petting and a few kisses). Here’s where the fun starts. After about 5 minutes in the car I notice she is flushed. Her face has gone red and she has become very fidgety. She grabs one of my scarves out of the back seat (it was a cold night) and is fiddling with it the whole 25 minutes to the beach. Very little conversation even though I’m doing my best to get it going. At this point I’m thinking ‘uh oh, OD’. But that isn’t how it went. We get there and get out of the car, she runs to my side of the car and grabs my hand. Thats a first. Its pitch black at this point and the beach is totally empty. We find a nice spot and sit down. I sit first and she is straight between my legs, grabs my arms and puts them around her. We talk and cuddle for a bit, I kiss her on the neck, she turns her head and gives me the most passionate kiss I think I’ve ever had. Thats a big thing for me to say… having just being dumped by a girl I care alot about and was with for almost 5 years. She is moaning like anything and breathing very heavily, thats pretty normal but it was far more pronounced that I had experienced before. Night wears on with alot of kissing and hugging, she turns around and her head goes right to my neck (where the majority of the ammo and some A314 is). She is there inhaling deeply, over and over again while shes kissing my neck. Its almost like she can’t keep away from my neck. I’m not much of an instigator when it comes to sex, I’m always very careful not to push it on women, thats just how I am. But finally she just pushed me down on my back and climbed aboard, undid my pants and it was on. Her shirt and pants came off, she undid my belt and pants and she went to town right there on the beach. Afterwards she got dressed, I did myself up and we headed to the car. I just thought to myself, wow. But in the car on the way home she reached over and undid my pants again, leans over and starts to go for it again with a bj. I pulled over since it was getting hard to concentrate on the road and finished in her mouth. Dear god I thought, nice one. Get to her house and she invites me in. I’d be stupid not to go in. When we got to her door she starts with the apologies again, like from our previous encounters. Its obvious the attraction was there but the pheros are taking away her inhibitions and allowing her to act far more easily on her wants. Reassuring me she doesn’t do this normally and doesn’t want me to think badly of her. I’ve heard that from slutty types before but this seemed very sincere. We get inside and its almost a drive straight to the bedroom with me being dragged by her almost in a run. I have a bit of a problem where sex lasts alot longer than girls are used to. It just takes me a long time to get there (overshare, lol), especially after ‘ditching’ twice since the beach. The sex we had last night lasts a solid two hours. Exact wording of a few texts were: “I feel like I’ve ruined something good” “I’m not normally that forward, I’m so sorry” After I reassured her it was ok and everything was good I told her to keep a night free this week and I’ll take her to ‘our spot’ by Sydney harbour. About 15 minutes later she asks if its ok to make it tomorrow night and says she misses me already. So… I’m picking her up from work tomorrow… Again… And heading to our original spot by Sydney harbour. I’ll dose the same way again and we’ll see what happens. All in all it seems I got lucky and found a, relatively, young girl who is affected by -none heavy mixes. A314 and Ammo all the way again tomorrow afternoon. I’ll repost this and tomorrow nights results in my journal, and I’ll put the results of tomorrow in here as well. TL;DR version. Got lucky 3 times in one night with an A314/Ammo mix, My shoulders, chest and back are bruised from her fingers and bite marks. Try the mix! ---

Just got home again and its 1:32am. Wow. Ammo and A314 are working their arses off for me. Again, boring stuff first. Dosage: **A314: 3 drops - 1 behind each ear and 1 split to the sides of my nose.** **Ammo: 3 sprays - 1 Throat and 1 each side of my neck after the A314 dried down.** Weather was warm at the beginning (around 16:30) and a little bit humid. Got cooler and the humidity disappeared around 19:00. Very slight breeze and the dosage remained the same throughout the evening. I kept the pheros around my head/face because I knew I would get rugged up a bit as it cooled down and I would end up wearing a jacket. **---------------------------------------------------** Picked her up from work at 16:30 after dosing in the car around 15 minutes before picking her up (as usual), windows down to allow them to dry down a bit. Added ammo about 5 minutes away. The results were very much the same when she got in the car, she started to blush and was very quiet but grabbed my hand anyway and held it in her lap for the ride to the harbour. Things are very different though in her perception of me. They are taking more of a ‘relationship’ turn, which is good for me because I’m really starting to like this girl now. I attribute it to the A314 which I’ve added to the Ammo. We got to the harbour and she still hasn’t let go of my hand, we go sit in our usual spot and the conversation almost immediately turns to her feelings for me. She’s very touchy and she can’t seem to keep her hands off me and she is very unwilling to let there be any physical space between us. We talk a bit about how things are going, I just be honest with her and say I’m happy to see where things lead but not to rely on me to stick around just yet. She appreciates that and we just sit, talk and play around for a while. Normally we’ll sit around there for 3 or 4 hours before I drop her home but after roughly an hour she demands we get out of there and I take her home. We get to her house and she reaches over, turns the car off, takes the keys out and says hurry up. Straight in the door and yet again another beeline to the bedroom. Things are very calm and controlled when other people are around but the second we’re alone she’s very animalistic and sexually aggressive. The effect is becoming more and more pronounced, I’m assuming because she’s becoming more comfortable around me and with our situation. A few hours later and we’ve gotten down to it 3 times in about 5 hours, intense as ever. I feel like the pheros heighten my sexual experience as well… Just making it more intense on the whole. We lay for short periods and she always comes back to talking about a relationship with me, how she feels like she can trust me alot and is always turned on around me. On every occasion I see her I get compliments on my smell. Even though I can barely stand the smell of Ammo now and can definately pick up on the -none in A314. A314 has definately added to a DHV to her. It was all about the attraction while I was wearing Ammo and Instant shine but when I had the A314 on with Ammo I sensed she wanted more. Tonight it was confirmed. My feelings toward the sexual pheros right now is that if there is a basic attraction there they’ll shoot it right through the roof. If there isn’t, the pheros will at least allow you to get a foot in the door and get them thinking ‘maybe’. I certainly wouldn’t be in the position I am in now without them. I always have to tell her not to apologise to me for anything that happens and keep reassuring her I don’t think badly of her for the way she is when I’m around. She is becoming more and more secure with her actions and I’m sure she just puts her actions down to being strongly sexually attracted to me. Next time I get her she’s asked me to take her lingerie shopping so she can buy something special for her for some fun ‘dress ups’. 🙂. I’ll stick with the same products but now I’m going to start slowly upping the dosages until I see some subtle signs of OD, then I’ll back off. Yeah, things are going pretty well right about now. I honestly believe the ‘secret’ is being open and honest, using the right pheros and congruency with those [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). It’s like a fire. A fire needs fuel, oxygen and heat. Lose one of those and you don’t have a fire… Just a big hot smelly mess that nobody understands. Pheromones are the same. ---

My favorite is “Agreement of character (parameter)”. … In particular my post at the end would be the best advice I could personally give to you. But there is a good read to be had and maybe some of the other guys’ advice will suit you better. A314 needs congruence to work properly. IMO a slight congruence works best. I was the same as you when I was 19. I was a shy guy. You just need to take a deep breath and go for it. The more you do that the faster a lack of confidence will just melt away. WHEN (not if) you come through it and you find yourself with the confidence you deserve you’ll be surprised… And a little upset at how much of your life you wasted worrying about what women actually percieve as inconsequential. Doesn’t matter if your face looks like an arse thats been beaten with an ugly stick, if you’re confident and happy in your own skin then women will be happy and comfortable around you. THAT is where you need to be before you’ll get anywhere good with the finer sex. The women worth worrying about don’t care if you drive a flash car, or have loads of money. They’ll be more than happy to spend their lives with a garbage man who is happy and secure in himself than spend it with a CEO who drives a beamer but acts like a douche trying to impress her with expensive gifts and telling her how great he is every other day. You’re life will step up to the next level and have you feeling great about everything too. Lack of confidence is hard to get past, don’t get me wrong, but just tell yourself “F\*ck it” suck it up and go for it. It won’t always end up peachy but your confidence will just keep growing and growing. Trust me, about 90% of the guys here had to get past a lack of confidence at some point in their lives too and I’m sure many will tell you the same thing. ---

Probably because I had nothing else to wear apart from Turn Up The Heat, as I’ve been stolen my to-go bottles… bad week last week… I think Instant Shine can work quite well, and definitely [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and/or Instant Honesty (I didn’t believe in Instant Openness at the beginning but I can tell you it can be great !) If you’re really not confident, which is the case for many of us and a friend of mine especially, don’t wear A314 alone, start with IO so that people come talk to you… ---

Excellent report, amazing writeup on the details, specifics and thoughts of your mix. Only quick clarifying question I have is that you stated you ran a split of A314 to the sides of your nose, was it exactly half a drop? I keep reading many users running “split” and I wonder are they putting a full spray/drop on one side and rubbing it on the other or are they using half a spray/drop on each side estimating things. ---

Definately a rough estimation. I let one drop fall onto my finger, rub it between my fingers then apply. Same with sprays, one full spray then rub it between my wrists/elbows. ---
