Based on your description I think you would benefit from Instant Shine to give you that fun vibe. Others similar to you report excellent results with “the socials” Instant Honesty, Instant Openness, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/).

Ammo could be a good general female attractant, but I don’t think it is that suited to the work environment.
