Butanoicacid, 3-methyl-, (3,6-dioxo-1,4-cyclohexadien-1-yl)methyl ester, also known as [blattellaquinone](http://www.bosci.com/butanoicacid-3-methyl-3-6-dioxo-1-4-cyclohexadien-1-yl-methyl-cas-849762-24-9-item-152689.html), gentisyl quinone isovalerate, is a sex [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) secreted by German female cockroach to attract male cockroaches.So my question is that-does it be applied in human as a sex hormone? ---

If it does, I think the real question is.. would anybody want to risk wearing it knowing they might attract cockroaches?
