OK, I am going to be answering this as someone who has been on TRT for 2.5 years. I am currently on Androgel, 10g per day, the max dose. My T levels are still on the low side of normal. IF, and that’s a big IF, you get tested and your T levels are low, see an endocrinologist or a Urologist for a second opinion. Preferable one who has experience in dealing with male HRT. TRT screws with every aspect of your life, your relationships, and probably even your [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) signiture. Your balls and body make more than T. But the only thing that gets replaced is the T. Fininding the right dose can be a months long process and is not an exact science. Even then, like me the meds may only be so effective due to absorbtion rates and individual metabolism. If you need it, you need it and you will feel better. But it is a life sentence. I tried all the above mentioned natural ways to raise my T levels and nothing worked. My pituitary just doesn’t make enough FSH/LH to for my balls to get the signal. IMHO, TRT shuts down or alters your natural phero production. One of the reasons I’m here is that my relationship with my wife has been effected by the TRT, and the -mones, have helped somewhat but it is a long process. Be-careful what you ask for, you just might get it.

Thx Kevindill. I’ve got one of my regulars the other day who is now on Low T therapy, I do not know what he’s taking. This guy is healthy, muscular, works out all the time. Big guy, with booming voice etc., but he’s in his mid to late 40’s. He said whatever it is he’s taking has changed his life so much for the better, which is what pushed me to go get tested.

Please dont take testosterone hormone.

Use natural T boosters.

Unless ofc you wish to kill your T production.

I’ve tried over 40 herbs, and I can tell you some has an extreme punch to the T production.
I can only speak for me, as I’m 22 and I just find herbs interesting, and I like testing them.

I can tell you this site is legit, I contacted the owner and he responded as genuine as possible.

Something similar as I was searching around the forum, regarding effects of supps on possible natural pheromone production.
