I just ordered Kevin Hogan’s body language cds.  
Whew, took me a while… they are a bit expensive.

I haven’t read that specific book, but the one book I have read has been very helpful in deciphering interactions. It’s fun watching a conversation without hearing the content and still getting a good idea of how their conversation is flowing.
