as a bartender i saw many a boobing,butting,grinding, mostly by “accident” playing pool, but to not even look around…wow. not that pheromone wearing anywhere isnt fun,interesting, but in places like a bar (not a club ) where there are people you know, people you dont,and everything in between, there is alot to draw information out of,alot to compare notes with. Anol is my number one fav at the bar, but im dying to try IO and IShine there too, just for shts and giggles. to see everyone raise their attitudes up a notch… so much fun. love it.

Lor: Anime Nation (West side of Tampa near Oldsmar) is a anime products distributor, also has a DVD rental service along the line of Netflix. They got a website. Unfortunately they recently closed the retail store part of their operation (used to dive into the clearance bin…).
Emerald City (also has a web site) is basically a comics shop (toys, cards, etc as well). Gives me someplace to go while visiting my mundane relatives.
And given a few scenes and characters in the last batch of anime I’ve been watching it fits quite well in this “boobs and butts” thread… Whooo hooo. Those Japanese seem to have a bit of an obsession…

My sense of direction is terrible and I’m only there about once a year. Anime Nation is off Racetrack Road in some odd industrial park (they used to have a nice big place up the road). But I’m a cheapo and actually buy most of my stuff off eBay… Plus that way I get the unedited versions. What they didn’t show in YU-Gi-Oh! on TV. Oy! For some reason they cut out that sequence of that guy licking his eyebrows… and the “bad guy” in the last story arc was hung “like a dragon!” It spat fire too… NO doubt it was “male.” And this is stuff intended for “kids!”

i cant believe you watch yugioh… i watch that show like a soap opera! i was so addicted, i waited for my son to get home from school then we watched what we already saw last week on saturday morning… freakin loved it haha. i might have to check this place out!

I never got into Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I still need to get my anime fix every once in a while. I usually download my eps now, since groups can have them sub-titled within 24 hours of airing in japan. Bleach is my drug of choice at the moment.
I agree that sometimes the content in anime for kids is questionable…plenty of boobing and rear-views in anime!
I travel RR Rd between Clearwater (father lives there) and my sister in Tampa (other sister is over in Temple Terrace… La tee dah). Why they left this wonderful up north location in beyond me. Have to stop at the Magic Wok oriental store on the way over natchurally to grab some Pocky.
I’m a big fan on much anime and I like the diversion. Although the stuff on TV is often so heavily edited (Cardcaptors [AKA Cardcaptor Sakura] was terrible! Mew Mew Power was okay [AKA Tokyo Mew Mew]. And poor EscaFlone… <sigh>). Gotta protect us poor Americans from things like romance, homosexuality, blood guts and gore, death, and scary dragons.

We are having a big debate about Bleach at the moment too. Even the Bleach cos-players an ACen (Rosemont) that I questioned were split. When did “hat man” get the doohicky into Rukia??? When she was still a plain old member of Soul Society (or before she joined?), or when she was forced to use the false body? Questions questions questions.

I never got into anime, but one thing I never understood was… why would anyone want to see things like panty shots in a cartoon? To me, that would be like getting hot for Smurfette’s panties, somehow. lol
